Great service and amazing place for weekend.
I like a lot!

Valerie greeted us at the front door of the apartment early on Sunday morning. What a delightful young woman. Her cheery, bubbly personality put us on an immediate high after just arriving in Stockholm for the very first time. She showed us all we needed to understand about the apartment and even gave us recommendations about transport, eating and entertainment around the city. She provided us with a very positive, welcoming experience which would make us want to use Cocoon again when we return to Stockholm. The booking process is very simple and now we know the city a little better, we will be able to make more discerning choices from the list of available apartments.
We had a wonderful time in Stockholm. What a beautiful city, full of friendly, welcoming people. The sun was shining and everybody was outdoors swimming and enjoying nature. Just a superb experience. We also loved the apartment because of its location and size. However, just a couple of problems were encountered. The front room is too noisy for sleeping so we could not use the second bed. There was no kettle for boiling water and the towels were not very new or well supplied. But these are minor issues and overall the apartment was very good and we would be happy to stay here again. Make use of the access card available at the metro. We found it the very best way to get around the city.

J'ai fait appel aux services de Cocoon Stockholm lors d'un séjour en janvier avec mes enfants. Tout était PARFAIT !
Que ce soit au niveau de l'appartement absolument sublime ou des conseils adorables des équipes sur place pour nous dénicher les bonnes expos et les activités pour les plus petits.
C'est vraiment un rapport qualité-prix imbattable par rapport aux hôtels de très bon standing que nous fréquentons d'habitude.
A refaire !

El trato recibido de parte del personal de CooconStockholm fue exquisito, la chica que nos atendió muy maja y nos dió mucha información y facilidades. El apartamento que alquilamos(White Suite) estaba perfectamente ubicado y además encantador. Para una estancia en estocolmo recomiendo esta agencia.

Palazzo was simply amazing!! We were literally staying in a piece of Stockholm history. A massive apartment which accommodated our Swedish family amazingly well and a breath taking view over Stockholm. Situated in the heart of the old city and just up the road from the Palace, Palazzo is aptly named and did not disappoint. The furnishings were a little frayed at the edges but added to the historic charm. A huge well equipped kitchen, a dining room that was reminiscent of the grand era and even a tuned baby grand piano in the ballroom. A Dardel family portrait takes pride of place in the main sitting room as we spent nearly two weeks in palatial Palazzo heaven. The only small negatives were, the apartment could have been a little cleaner, the wireless network wasn’t set up and we had to work out how to use the TV and video. Valeria from Cocoon was charming, professional and exceptionally helpful with a few little issues and we will be diplomatic when it comes to Luca but we found his skills lacking. Palazzo is special and thankyou Valeria and Cocoon for making our stay in stunning Stockholm this time one we’ll never forget…we’ll be back! Dale and Johan

Estuvimos con mi marido en un apartamento en Estocolmo durante 5 días y todo fue realmente estupendo. El departamento super cómodo, con mobiliario nuevo y con muy buen diseño. Absolutamente impecable. La atención y el servicio de las señoritas que atienden la empresa es increíble, resuelven todos tus inconvenientes. Hemos alquilado varias veces en otros lugares y con otras empresas, pero Cocoonstockholm los ha superado a todos!!. Por supuesto de regresar a esta hermosa ciudad (ojalá) no dudaremos en volver a alquilar a través de estos amigos. Gracias Valeria por todo!!

Hey guys! I just wanted to thank you for this great appartment. Very design style, i didn't imagine you had so trendy appartments in Stockholm.
We almost didn't want to leave the place but you have to visit Stockholm an its area.
The service was very good, people speak spanish! Olé!

I highly enjoyed my experience renting blossom apartment in karlaplan. The apartment was beautiful and I couldn't have been happier with cocoon staff! Everything from the payment to checking in to the apartment was made convenient and efficient and I was greatly impressed by the cocoon staff who offered me very helpful and informative tips regarding local grocery stores, local attractions such that all my practical needs were met and exceeded. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at a cocoon apartment.

The apartment is great, warm, really clean and two min walking distance to the metro. Quiet street, but several supermarkets and restaurants at the neighborhood. The agent from Cocoon Stockholm was very nice and tried to help us when we asked them. En la agencia hablan español. We enjoyed the independence and the possibility of shopping at the supermarket and see the way of life close up. We are very satisfied with Cocoon Stockholm, and even surprised that they speak Spanish.
