It’s very rare that I leave reviews however in this instance I wanted to. I cannot sing funky beds praises enough the experience I’ve received from start to finish has been impeccable. The communication has been consistent and I’ve always had prompt responses to any queries/questions I’ve had along the way, very professional and friendly throughout. The bed was delivered and assembled today(I was kept updated on the time of arrival) the people that came was lovely and checked we were happy with the bed and the toy chest before they left! I have 3 boys aged 4,3 and 2 and was worried the bed wouldn’t be sturdy enough…..I couldn’t be more wrong the quality and finish is beyond my expectation, the boys faces were priceless when they seen the bed and even asked to go to bed early! Mine and my husbands response to first seeing the bed and toy chest were WOW 🤩 I cannot recommend Funky beds enough they are brilliant and have been amazing throughout, if your after any type of bed/toy chest funky beds are the answer to your prayers! I too bought a wall mural for my son, received a confirmation email and then nothing. I sent multiple fb messages and emails before realising this is company has been dissolved. I reported them to the bank and got my money back.

As per previous reviews. Having done some research, this company was renamed K P Rayner Wares Ltd and then dissolved in 2018. They continue to take people's money. I've been waiting for a wall mural for a 5-year old and despite numerous chases, have received zero response - this is almost a month ago now. Avoid like the plague unless you wish to be out of pocket.

Do not buy from this website as per the other comment looks like they're no longer trading, but still happy to take your money. Ordered a mattress on 13th June. By 22nd, I hadn't received a shipping date so e-mailed and called, but no response. On 24th June, I cancelled my order by email. As of today (30th June), still no response. Looks like I'll have to contact my credit card company for a refund. Buyer beware!

Beware! I believe this company is no longer operating, but they are still taking orders and payments online. Strongly recommend you do not purchase anything until you have made contact with someone from the business. We have been trying to contact them for days via phone, email, website live chat, and social media channels regarding an order, and we have had no response at all.

This company are terrible- do not buy from them!
I ordered a storage item in December 2021 and it never arrived, and I didnt receive any postage/tracking information. When I first emailed them to ask what had happened they said they would look into it. Since then I have sent several emails with no response. So I am out of pocket. Please avoid and shop elsewhere!

Ordered a toddler bed and was emailed by the owner “Amy” after the order had gone through (and I’d paid the money) that it was no longer in stock. I have been trying to contact them for a number of weeks to obtain a refund, however no one ever picks up the mobile number on the website (despite me leaving multiple voicemails) and no one has replied to my emails. I have even tried to get in contact via their Instagram page with no avail. I am at a total dead end. Please do not order from here. It appears to be a scam.

Bed arrived and it was damaged. Amy was helpful in liaising with their supplier but ultimately resulted in me having to dismantle the bunk bed I bought in advance of a replacement. The replacement didn’t arrive and I was left to deal with the manufacturer (Julian Bowen) and the couriers myself. I have 2 children who have nowhere to sleep and despite assurances the 2nd replacement bed has also failed to show up. So the kids will have nowhere to sleep for 3-4 nights. Cannot get a response from children’s funky beds. Unacceptable and very stressful experience that remains unresolved.

Saw some bunk beds at a good price but couldn't order for a couple of days. I then ordered, paid and got confirmation.
I noticed however that it was listed twice with one costing £40 more. When I queried this and pointed it out they said that there was an error and would check. After a couple of days I got a message from PayPal saying that I was getting a refund. Later they messaged to say that the price had gone up but the listing was wrong. No real apology and didn't even ask if I wanted to pay extra. Got a better and cheaper one from Dunelm.

The customer service provided by children’s funky furniture is exceptional and I would highly recommend them.
We purchased a bunk (triple flick) which we are very pleased with. There were stock issues and Amy at children’s funky furniture was amazing, sorting it all out and responding to queries super fast!

We recently bought a Pulka Sleigh Bed from Children's Funky Furniture and absolutely love it. Bed is absolutely beautiful, elegant and most importantly sooo comfortable. I would highly recommend Pulka bed to everyone looking for a fantastic guest bed for children. Installation was easy, this a great quality furniture. We have ordered 2 matresses as per recommendation on site with this bed and they are dream matresses. Lady called Karen after us, she was so friendly, so approachable and really looked after our order every step of the way. Karen has offered us excellent after sales service which is so important to us. Anyway, for all of you out there who are wondering where to buy furniture for kind from, please DO with this company as they are ouutstanding. Excellent service, excellent people to deal with. I can't fault this company! Excellent service, brilliant price and quality. Brought a Chester draws for my child's nursery, paid a brilliant price, received a phone call the day it was dispatched and informing me when it will be delivered, really easy to assemble, easy to follow instructions and excellent quality. I then received another call a few days later making sure that it had been delivered, and was all ok. Brilliant customer service, would recommend this company and would most defiantly use them again! Hi, the car is very good. The mattress is terrible. It is not luxury but a thin 10mm mattress that does not lie flat in the car. The mattress support in the car is curved wooden supports. Because the mattress is so thin it just curves around the wooden supports. So not too good for a child. Very disappointed.

I really wanted a bookcase that was open and low enough to encourage my little girl to reach and choose the books she wants to read. It was also important to me that the bookcase inspired her imagination and love for reading. This bookcase does all that. Beautiful garden theme, a fine centrepiece to make reading cool and important in her world. Great quality. Everyone who visits comments on how lovely it is. Promptly delivered. Highly recommended.

I bought a Tidy Books Box and a toy storage box. Really pleased with both products. My little girl loves them. I received a call to say the goods had been dispatched and then to check that I had received them as they had been left with a neighbour as I was out when they were delivered. Great service!

I bought a Gama loft style bed for my daughter aged 8. It was on offer at a very competitive price and we really liked it. I purchased it online and a few days later it was delivered, without any fuss or bother. I received a courtesy call from Karen the company owner, who was very approachable and helpful. All in all we were very happy with the service and the bed, which is already up and looks great! The bed was a bit fiddly to construct and you need to two people sometimes but my husband did it mostly by himself over 3 days so it also a bit time consuming but the end result is defianately worth it.

Assembling the shelves was very straightforward because each item was labelled so we could match them up with the instructions - not our usual experience of self assembly!
