Fantastic customer service. I have 25 years customer service experience myself and often feel frustrated when there is poor service. But Charm Heaven's customer service should be a model for others. They were efficient, friendly, personable and very easy to work with.

I ordered a lovely charm sadly things didn't go to plan what with the really bad weather , it was all delayed but I have to say how impressed I was with the lady called Hillary so professional but very caring and helpful at the same time , thank you for all of your help , I was given a refund straight away no waiting at all like you do with most things these days , I'm so impressed I will be shopping with you again,

I recently ordered 2 Chamilia charms from Charm Heaven (on 4th Feb.) One was out of stock so Hilary emailed me to say that they would send both charms out together earlier this week once they were available. I received a further email yesterday to say they had been dispatched and they arrived safely today. Can't fault the service I had from this company and the charms were lovely!

I purchased a bracelet as part of my wives Christmas. Unfortunately it was the wrong size. I returned it and I was given regular updates from Charm Heaven about my order. Considering it was the Christmas period I received a replacement very quickly. First class service, and would definitely recommend. Will be using them again.

Shocking! I ordered my charm it came but then snapped after 4 weeks of me having it on my bracelet.
I then emailed and got told to return the item which I did and now they are saying they've not received it and they is nothing they can do about it.. if I was you I wouldn't waste your money on the charms, £40 down the drain and they is nothing they can do about it. It's disgusting if you ask me

I ordered a charm for my daughters birthday and 4 weeks later it still hasn't arrived. I emailed Charm Heaven and they ignored me until I filed a Paypal claim. They then apologised and promised a refund then went back to ignoring me. I made a claim through Paypal and they ignored that until the day before the deadline when they provided a fake tracking number to Paypal! All I want is my money back for something I paid for and didn't receive and this company is refusing to do the right thing! Shame on you Charm Heaven for treating a customer this way!

I ordered some charms from here for my Daughter's birthday. After being told that there was a delay on them, I was worried that they wouldn't arrive on time. However, after explaining the situation to them, they made every effort & got them to us with a few days to spare. It's nice to see that good customer service still exists!

Well lets start with there web page . Amazing .lots of charms and the range is good . there is something for every one . Prices do very. They even do charms that no other shops do . I ordered my charms around lunch time on the 18. 1. 2017. ..And this morning around 7.30am 19 .1. 2017 .post man was at my door. A professional service . despatch first class . Was very happy with the speed it came. And when i sat down to open it ,Well what a surprise beautiful packaging and was provided with two bags and tissue and a chamilia book 2017. I was so happy . i shall be shopping with charm haven again . So i shall tell all my friends and family to pass the around .

This company have went above and beyond on the pricing, delivery, and service with which they have provided. I looked up a charm I had liked for my girlfriend's 30th Birthday. I sent an email enquiry to double check stock. Within 10 minutes, I received an email back confirming my item was in stock from HILARY at your company.

I then went to order, and standard delivery option stated within 3 working days. I placed the order at around 2pm, and the very next day I received the item in the post delivered to Scotland.

Packaging was on point, and was provided with a Chamilia Bag, Chamilia tissue, and Chamilia Charm Envelope.

I will be recommending this site to my friends and family, and I would recommend this company to anyone reading these reviews.

Everything beautifully presented with original Chamelia packaging. So impressed with each little charm nestling in its own presentation box! Customer service is incredible. My charms arrived quickly despite the Xmas post, beautifully packaged with little gift bags, original Chamilia packaging and spare tissue paper - everything to enable you to give them as gifts. They were also a very good price, having shopped around. It was a pleasure to receive something that had been sent with such care - I shall definitely use them again!

Love this website, bought 3 charms paid for 2 got 1 free also paying over 4 months which is even better. I was worried the charms weren't going to real chamilia but they are so was over the moon. Ordered at 1pm and came following day. Will defiantly be buying again once I have paid these 3 off. Will be recommending to my friends. Great how each charm comes in its own box love it. Also really chuffed I can now get Disney charms as shops don't stock many now. Thanks charm heaven from one really happy customer..

I would truly recommend this company. Their website made selection and purchase easy to do. The items purchased were delivered swiftly and were well packaged. The inclusion of a gift bag and wrapping paper was a delightful extra touch. I would certainly chose Charm Heaven for further purchases.

What a great company to deal with and must importantly to buy from. I brought three charms for the price of two and was able to pay over four months (winner). I received them the next day and each charm came with is own little gift bag. I would highly recommend them and will defiantly be using them again soon.
