mi cancellano il volo , eravamo in due creando dunque problemi con una coincidenza ma la cosa piu assurda non sono mai stato rimborsato pur avendo ricevuto un email che mi assicurava che avrei avuto i miei soldi indietro

Waiting for refund from canceled flight since June 2021

7 months after a cancelled flight and no refund or way to contact them. Disgraceful.

First of all they charge you for extra for bags and “priority boarding” I paid for this both ways and on the way out it wasn’t even on my ticket. But turns out the added extra are just a scam. No one checks anyones bags and there is no priority boarding. You’re just cattle. The check in was a joke. One guy who didn’t know what he was doing. We waited in line until it was nearly boarding time then they opened another check in desk. By this time we were at the front of the queue and the lady shouts “anyone flying to Iasi just come to the front” so everyone from the back pushes in front of us! What a joke. The staff were completely unprofessional. On top of that when we arrived after paying all the extra for my bag it came off the plane broken! I’ve never had an airline so incompetent. Also they don’t have customer service. They have an email for complaints and they never reply. Avoid at all costs!

They took extra money because of their mistake and never returned those. We asked many times. Scammers.

Option flex payante mais inexistante (tous les vols à venir étant annulés). Refus de remboursement de la part de la compagnie. Pas de service client.

They advertised a flight, then when booked and paid, canceled.
No refund over a year later.
It's amazing that they can't be stopped.
Do not fly with them if they fly at all

My flight was cancelled and I elected for a refund. It's been six months and I still haven't received anything. Also, their contact centre seems to be non-operational. When you click on the link, it takes you to an expired website. It's fraudulent really.

Same problem as others , i am waiting for the refund since 2020.

Booked flights Sept 2022 with flights cancelled with airline no longer operating - still no communications on how to claim £££ back!!! Can't believe this is possible without govt intervention/owed to creditors or at least support to help claim via insurance companies.

Vlucht geannuleerd en ondanks vele beloften geen geld terug gekregen. Wacht al 1.5 jaar.

Had my flights with blue air cancelled in September along with all other blue air flights for other people. No refund or contact as yet. Can't get details to claim on my insurance either as there is no help desk right now!

Lying peices of crap , stole our money and ran away .

Volo cancellato e biglietti mai rimborsati veramente preso in giro complimenti mi auguro che le autorità competenti non permettano più a queste compagnie di prendere in giro le persone

Mi è stato cancellato dalla compagnia aerea Blue air il volo prenotato a Gennaio 2022 per non si sa quale ragione in quanto non mi è stata data spiegazione .
Ho mandato mail nel mese di Giugno , cercato di contattare telefonicamente ma non mi è mai stata data risposta. Ho aspettato quasi due mesi dopo l'acquisto del biglietto sollecitando il rimborso in quanto mi era stato detto che mi sarebbe stato rimborsato, ma così non è stato,ho dovuto comprare un altro biglietto molto più caro perchè i mesi andavano avanti,mi è stato offerto un rimborso di 37 euro a fronte di 426 spesi , mi è arrivata una mail con la proposta di rimborso e mi stato confermato dandomi un voucher ( CHE NON UTILIZZERO' MAI PERCHE' NON VOGLIO PIU' FARMI PRENDERE IN GIRO PERDENDO I MIEI SOLDI).
Io mi sento molto truffato perché mi trovo ad aver speso più del doppio perché il biglietto era stato comprato a gennaio per agosto per evitare di pagare uno sproposito e ho dovuto trovare un volo alternativo pagato molto di più perché ovviamente passando i mesi i prezzi cambiano.
So che non si potrà risolvere niente ma io avevo bisogno di quei 426 euro non rimborsati e ho chiesto più volte telefonicamente se mi rimborsavano l'intera cifra ...se avessi saputo che il mio rimborso sarebbe stato di 37 euro non avrei speso tanti altri soldi per un altro biglietto .
Non è una cosa giusta a parer mio in quanto a me 426 euro fanno la differenza.

How do I get my money back? My flights have been cancelled and I could not manage to get my money back. Website is down and they don't pick up the phone. This company is a scam. Never trust them

They don’t even deserve 1 star! Fuc**** ridiculous. Been waiting far to long for a refund and now there website doesn’t seem to work?? Phone numbers don’t work. FRAUD. THEY FRAUD.

Scammed me out of money. Cancelled my flight and never responded to any of my requests for a refund.

Blue air hat mein Flugpreis nicht erstattet. Es hieß, dass es etwas dauern würde aber seit 2 Monaten ist nichts passiert. Auf Emails antworten die auch nicht. Nie wieder
