I have used Babz Media for years and they have been great to deal with. The odd hiccup has occurred but they have sorted it out in a quick and efficient manner. I will continue to use them in the future and would recommend them without hesitation.

I purchased an item on 24th October. Not delivered for over a week. Postage label shows it was posed just one day before I received it - meaning that despite claiming it was dispatched a week before hand - this wasn't the case. When I chased the item and asked for a tracking number, I was just told to wait longer and no tracking details were provided. Item is good, but delivery and service not so much. I don't feel I could recommend these guys to anyone, but there are worse companies out there.
I ordered a flat hosepipe and received a coiled one instead. I rang them to advise them of the incorrect delivery. They kindly emailed a returns label to me. I returned item at the post office and obtained a certificate of postage. After a number of days waiting for my correct order I called them again to see what the delay was. After a lengthly conversation they assured me a replacement was on its way that day. After 23 days from the original order I received the 2nd delivery and guess what - it was another coiled hose! wrong again! I have ordered thousands of pounds worth of goods over the internet and dealt with many companies but never come across such an incompetent service. Not even received an apology for wasting my time and money. DONT USE THEM I certainly won't again.
I purchased an item from Babz Media via Ebay. It arrived promptly but within days it became faulty. I opened a case through Ebay as usual and was told by Babz to return the item by standard second class post. I duly did so (obtaining certificate of posting) but they denied receipt (or rather said they were unable to find it - they asked me where in their warehouse I thought it might have gone!) and refused to refund. I was then told by Ebay that they will only refund via paypal if an item has been returned by reorded delivery - this was not clear from the email they sent me and in any event I was following the instructions received from the seller. I have had massively better customer service from much smaller companies.who have sent replacements even before the faulty item was received. Very disappointing.

This is a fantastic company that does exactly what it says. I have used this company for years, mainly for batteries but other purchases too. They are very helpful (the one time I had a question), great prices & always 1st Class post. Don't know how they do it but they manage it time after time. Credit where credit is due. This was the first time i used babzmedia.com, i couldnt find any reviews so thought twice at first.
But went ahead and ordered some TDK DVD's. it was an excellent price (hence why i thought twice first) and free delivery!
So i ordered the item and it was dispatched the same day, and it arrive 2 days later. It was sent 1st class post which i was happy about to.
The discs arrived and they were just what i ordered.
I will be back for sure!
I bought some California Scents from babzmedia.com after a friend reccomended me to them. i had a look on thier website, and they had a huge selection of fragrances and at half the price of my local petrol station. And it was free delivery!
I ordered the item around 3pm and it came the following afternoon.
Would reccomend these lot to anyone.
