Seems like a scam, ordered a while back and never received my products called the man there and he just kept saying supply issues, called again and same story then they went completely off line.

They had an amazing price on the item I was looking for, but they just take your money. The URL they emailed to me to check my order status shows a blank status and no tracking information. No response to email inquiry, no phone number on the website. I had expected my brief and cordial email would have triggered a quick response by an embarrassed sales agent with apologies and a promise of taking care of getting the items shipped immediately. Nothing.

From my experience, they have no intention of following the conventions of commerce (i.e., you trade money for products). I wish I had done a little checking before ordering, because I've found plenty of evidence to suggest that my experience is not unique. I have done a lot of purchasing online and never before encountered a company this lousy.

Bought a amp with 2 year "manufacture warranty" then 8 mos later the amp stops working. he tells me my warranty is through his supplier who never answers the phone.
So now i have to open a BBB case to try to get my amp replaced since he has no intentions of doing buisiness correctly. What an ass..
His site is the one without the hyphen, even thought they both suck equally.

I ordered a item that they said was in stock, after a week later it still hasnt been shipped, when asked about it they informed me that it would be a 7 -10 day delay, when i asked to cancel the order they never replied back, so I definitely believe this company has con me of my money and I will seek further action to make sure this doesn't happen again

Worthless company. They sell stuff that isnt even in stock! And then try to get you to "upgrade" for additional fees when they are way overpriced for the "upgrade" compared to a lot of other companies! DO NOT BUY FROM AUDIO DISCOUNTERS

Please stay away from this company. I have been buying things online for over 15 years now and have enjoyed many trouble free sales and excellent customer support. I have never had anything go terribly wrong until dealing with this company. They are a bunch of con artists...literally. First, they lie to you that the item is in stock, then when you order and pay it never shows up. You have to contact THEM and only then do they tell you that the item is on backorder. If you decide to wait, they then notify you a few days later that the item has shipped ! Then you wait another week or so and still your order had not arrived. You contact them and they tell you AGAIN THAT THE ITEM IS ON BACKORDER. If you ask them to cancel they tell you that they will cancel BUT ONLY IF THE ITEM HAS NOT YET LEFT THE WAREHOUSE...it it has, they cannot cancel. I am at this stage with them right now...I have a strong feeling I will hear some B.S. that the item has already left and I cannot cancel. I have already disputed the item through PayPal. This company is complete junk and just waiting to get shut down by authorities. Their website is not audiodiscounters.com, but audio-discounters.com with a dash in between.
