Happened on two occasions now within 6 months. After payment has been taken online you are contacted to advise that the price was under review and further payment was needed to complete the order. Reading through some of the reviews here, I'm not the first this has happened to.

Got what I wanted when I wanted. What more can I say?! Great to speak to real people on the end of the phone too!

After months of shopping around and two failed orders with other companies I discovered Adband, Laura was incredibly helpful and was always available when I called the company. The style and quality of the mugs are excellent and although we had an issue with the supplier first appointed she found me a replacement supplier at no extra cost. Many thanks to Laura and the team

I struggled with the original design proofs coming back completely different to how I sent them - they couldn't accept my format.
Pricing was also confusing - being different from their own website.
Finally I thought all the trouble was over and then their supplier came back with some peculiar proofs and I was required to repeat the whole process of rebuilding the design work.
However, I have not yet received the goods so am not sure what the rest of the process may hold.
On the whole I would definitely hesitate before recommending this company.

After two successful orders I ordered two batches of customized patches. 3 weeks later I received my order but was surprised that patches were done not as clearly specified !
The company admitted they made a mistake and promised that would re-make my patches with highest priority (4-5 days).
The contact since then was very poor. I had to push for any updates.
Finally my 'highest priority' order arrived more than 3 weeks and several e-mails later.
All together it took nearly 7 weeks from payment to delivery.
When I asked for a discount I was offered one with my next order which I found funny. I have no intentions to do more business with Adband. Not recommended.

After an order of 100 custom-made lapel pins, I have been so pleased with Adband's service that I have already been back to ask for more. More importantly, other people like what they made. My order doubled in size, and I can see that this won't be the last time I use the company. The products are good, the service is friendly and efficient, and the delivery is reliable. Well done, everyone!

I was really impressed by the speed and quality of the product I was delivered. The products arrived weeks before they were due, and Laura went out of her way to help me get them in time for epilepsy awareness month in November! Appreciated and will be using you again!

What I appreciated was that the advice and guidance we were given gave honest and realistic timeframes for production, despatch and delivery of the lanyards we needed. The goods arrived within our target timeframe and were of the quality expected. An excellent service that would encourage us to use this company again.

We contacted Adband after numerous problems with another company. No one seemed to be able to print our desired product.

After a short phone call to Adam at Adband I felt assured that they can help.

We were running out of time to receive our products before a show and were more than happy when they arrived with a week to spare.

Our A7 note books with pens attached are great giveaways, printed very well and fantastic value.

Nothing seemed too much trouble for these guys (and girls!). We would not hesitate to recommend them.

I wanted some coasters with a unique design, but after 5 weeks was badly let down by another company !! I found Adband on the web and took a chance .............

Adband managed to turn around my request in hours and days rather than weeks! and within my budget!

From ordering to the personal service I can only highly recommend Adband! I was warned delivery might be affected by a back log due to Chinese New Year, but in fact the delivery was made very promptly and way before the date given. Customer service by Jamie was both friendly and very efficient. I am very happy!

Thanks so much for the fab service, speedy turn around and great product. We're thrilled with the bands.

When the wrist bands arrived the first thing that struck me was the bright colours and I am so pleased with how well they are made. When they were worn at the festival themed wedding everyone was so pleased and they lasted so well.

The artwork turnaround was very fast, however I do feel more instructions are needed on the website to explain how to order a lot easier.

We always come back to Adband when we have to re-order stock for our summer schools as they are a great, reliable company that we trust. The products are always produced to an extremely high standard, and just how we want them!
