Myślę, że to dobra sprawa... Ale jak to się ma np. do takiej pseudo firmy, jak Very Voga??

Since Trustpilot is an open platform we do not monitor reviews unless they are reported. We believe that every review is valuable. However, to avoid misuse we have some guidelines that may be the reason for a review being reported or notified. In order to ensure compliance with our guidelines we have a number of processes that help identify and remove false reviews. Examples of this are our scanning software, which – among other things – try to ensure that the reviews on our platform reflect real purchase and service experiences. In addition, we have our dedicated Compliance team as well as the strength of our community who help us by notifying us of fake reviews or fraudulent behavior.
