I've had a terrible experience with this company. The light I ordered was expensive ($300) and the description left out that it was actually plastic and low quality. Then when we installed it the light that was supposed to be warm /neutral was cold bright white. They offered me 20% off my next order. They said they are off now for Chinese New Year so no response.
I’ve just placed an order for flooring but haven’t had a confirmation email? Should I be concerned?

I ordered two chairs and was told they would be delivered in a couple of days. On day two I thought I would check the reviews of the company (something most people do before they order!) and was concerned to see the poor reviews. Within hours I was given a delivery slot for the chairs. They arrived on time and are great. Lovely quality and look fab, far more expensive then they cost. 😁
Initial issues re no confirmation of order and product not being delivered in the timeframe expected sorted out very quickly once the issue was spotted by the company - so review amended to reflect that

I have received exceptional service.
My brother ordered flooring but sadly he passed away very suddenly before it was delivered.
When it was delivered I informed eBay who in turn contacted Zazous who refunded my brothers account immediately. They were very sympathetic and I thank them very much for their kindness.
I only wish all the people I have had to contact were as understanding.
I placed an order 8 days ago and have had no information about delivery. The well hidden phone number on their website always goes straight to voicemail and there’s no reply to emails. If you’re not going to ship the order or be contactable then I can only assume it’s a scam.

Very sorry about the late arrival of you order. I missed the email you sent yesterday - my fault - but I have received the voicemail you sent a few minutes ago. So sorry for the issues with this one. Emails were going to spam and we have been away on a short break so not answering the phone. I see it was delivered on Friday. I have issued a 10% refund as an apoloy for the late delivery and communiction trouble. Best regards, Kate.
We bought 2 packs of vinyl floor tiles from Zazous. On fitting there was absolutely no way the morroccan pattern could line up and the adhesive is already lifting 2 days later. Poor quality
I purchased the ES104 chair in July 2020, at a time when there were no trustpilot reviews. The chair was delivered well within the arrival time estimate. I did notice that a small feature displayed in the image did not match the delivered product, however, communication with Nick was brilliant and the missing requirements were delivered as requested.
Regarding product quality, I've been very happy and have received many compliments on the chair. This has been a quality investment for someone working from home in the UK through the pandemic.
I would highly recommend for any furniture purchases

The tiles are just lovely and laid well over stone tile lobby floor. The communication with Nick and the service were great. Have now decided to do more rooms in my house and have no hesitation in going back to Zazous.
Really pleased with my new bathroom floor!
Tiles were easy to lay and cut and came with a detailed instruction sheet. They did start to lift on a few edges but that might be because I laid directly over ceramic tiles which weren't perfectly even. Some Gorilla Glue has sorted out those patches though. My only criticism is that the design isn't perfectly centred on the tile so where four tiles meet, there's not always a symmetrical pattern.

Glad you like the tiles. The tiles are designed to go on sealed plywood but as you've found they will work on non-perfect surfaces with a little help!
With some of our designs the pattern goes right up to the edge of the tile and as it is impossible to cut the tiles with millimetre accuracy, those designs will show a very slight discrepancy in the overall pattern when laid.
This is mentioned in the product listing and we recommend that customers check before they stick the tiles. We will always take a return on unused tiles if you decide the variation is too much. I should stress again this is only an issue on some of the vinyl floor tile designs.
Fantastic retro style vinyl flooring. Good service, arrived within a few days of ordering. Would definitely recommend.

I bought these tiles for our hallway and I am so happy. They look FANTASTIC!! Such a beautiful design. The other surprise was how easy they were to lay. I was expecting it to be difficult but we did it ourselves no problem. I highly recommend Zazous too. They were efficient and friendly.

Love, love, love! Have been searching for the right floor tiles for forever - finally found Zazous! So pleased! The quality is outstanding and they were super easy to lay down. They got here really fast as well. I've got more projects I want to do over the winter, so definitely will order more!
We used Zazous Online for my office vinyl flooring, we are glad we did, the pattern is fab and brings a smile to my face when I "go to work". Thank you, Nick, for answering my silly questions along the way and we will be back to do the next room soon.
We tried to contact you several times to ask whether our order was shipped and no one replied. We were confused because our delivery took longer (which is not too bad, but as we never recieved a shipment notificaition we were a bit unsure if everything had worked out), tried to contact you and never recieved an answer.
the floor looks good, but the pattern cannot be seen in total and the cutouts are not sufficient to see the full pattern.

Very sorry for the lack of communication. I did receive your email but it was in my spam folder. This does not happen usually and I am unable to say why it happened this time. I am trying to see why this happened with yours so I can stop it happening in future.
We do not track flooring samples as they are very rarely lost and an untracked service is another way we can keep costs down. When your order was processed it will have generated an automatic confirmation which should have gone to the email address we were provided with in your order. International delivery times have been variable this year because of Covid.
The samples are intended to give an idea of colour and finish. We cannot provide samples that demonstrate the whole pattern as the whole tile would be an outsize package and again would cost a lot to send and would not fit through a letterbox. The pictures on the website are intended to demonstrate the overall effect.
