Ik had een vestje besteld en ontvangen.
Kleur klopte niet en model ook niet.
Teruggestuurd.. kostte mij € 5,95!

Bedankt dat je de tijd hebt genomen om je ervaring met ons te delen.
Bij je retouraanmelding was als reden aangegeven dat het vestje te klein was. Daardoor was voor ons niet duidelijk dat je een andere kleur had ontvangen dan verwacht. Als we hiervan op de hoogte waren geweest, hadden we je uiteraard direct een gratis retourlabel toegestuurd.
Omdat inmiddels is gebleken dat de ontvangen kleur niet overeenkwam met je bestelling, hebben wij de gemaakte verzendkosten inmiddels aan je vergoed.
Onze excuses voor de verwarring. We waarderen je feedback en nemen deze mee om onze service verder te verbeteren.
