2 out of 5 of the parts were wrong and by the time we got around to fitting, past the return period, they need to have a proper way to get parts right for bikes, wont use again:-(

My items arrived bang on time & well wrapped up . If you remember the game " pass the parcel " , we'll very securely packed. An excellent price compared to OEM parts & pretty much identical too .Overall I'm a very happy customer .

Some great products but expensive postage compared to others. £5.95 minimum delivery for a handful of light parts and still not very fast delivery. Equivalent to Royal Mail 2nd class

Maybe scrap the silly free gifts and focus on reducing delivery rates

I am seriously impressed with Wemoto! I recently left a review detailing receiving a rocker cover gasket for a gsxr 750 that I felt was a bit sub standard. Why didn't I complain directly to them? Because who the hell can prove that it was faulty after it was fitted? They have just refunded me the £48.00 for gasket and postage. Wow! Nice to know you guys are serious about customer service and actually read your reviews. Thank you very much, I shall continue to recommend you as I have done for many years.

Was told 10day wait when placed order, 4 weeks later despite phonecalls by me I have no definitive date as to when my items may arrive other than maybe 1 or 2 weeks? Was told they would look at alternative sources and would phone back if any issues, no alternatives ordered and no phonecall.

Very fast delivery and great availability of compatible parts for my bike. I mistakenly ordered the wrong rebuild kit for my master cylinder, popped the wrong one back in the post and the refund was processed same day.
