Friendly efficient customer service

Good customer service from in shop staff. Phoned up the next day and ordered additional item that I had seen and it was all ready the next day for pick up at the shop.

Having had a great experience in store, I now find their customer service god awful… specifically ordered delivery of ‘in stock’ items now not being delivered in the promised time frame at purchase…… sooo disappointed in their blunt customer services, it’s put such a sour feeling on it all.

I honestly don’t even want the items any more (which are Infact lovely)…. I don’t want to buy from them ever again, every time I sit in them I’ll be cursing Designer rooms to anyone who cares to listen.

Told I signed a not possible to cancel order t&c’s too - point taken but how can we possibly read all those pages of t&c’s when you’re in a shop at checkout just to buy some garden furniture.. (but then I guess that’s their plan…,) . I of course am not the first to be caught by t&c’s and won’t be the last but I expected so much better than all this and their customer services from them.

I don’t think I’m wrong when I say that as customers, we expect a basic level of fairness and professionalism from a decent size shop and when they are still almost 2 weeks from delivery date and with the customer very unhappy with the service, provided by them, they didn’t want the order any more, they’d let them cancel and would rather have a happier customer…..but no, they’d rather force me to take it all and threaten to keep my money almost £5k if I don’t take it!

Please be aware that their no cancellation or we keep your money’ terms apply even when they can can promise anything they like as long as they haven’t put it in writing .

Exceptional customer service-We went out for a soft, comfortable chair for my daughter and Jamie at the Braehead store was amazing. Thank you so much for the all your help. The leather recliner is fabulous, thanks for going the extra mile, we are so grateful

A huge thank you to Denise Sutherland, who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was so patient with me and my family while we took our time choosing our furniture, never making us feel rushed or pressured. She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for.

She was also so lovely with my two girls, making them feel welcome and chatting away to them, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable for our family.

The customer service we received was outstanding, and it made the whole experience stress-free from beginning to end. Thank you so, so much, Denise, we really appreciate all your help and are absolutely delighted with our new furniture. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Denise and The Designer Rooms to anyone looking for beautiful furniture and exceptional service! ❤️

The sales person was very attentive and gave us excellent service

The showroom is just stunning i had too many dinning sets i liked but liz wood was amazing and helped me .she was amazing from the start had loads of patients till I finally picked the right one for me . Can't wait to go back and pick my suite . Would highly recommend the designer rooms

Have shopped many times,at the Kilmarnock store, staff alwsys helpful and considerate

We went into the shop as we had never came across it before, we got looking at the furniture and was greeted with the lovely Allison in the Livingston store who was happy to answer any questions we had gave us prices and options for dining table and chairs. We ended up paying a deposit on our new dining table and chairs we will also be returning to purchase our sofa next month. There is a wide variety to chose from and nothing is too much trouble for Alison she will help in any way she can. Thanks again what a great and easy experience.
