We have yet to receive our order - made it on Monday so wouldn’t expect to. This rating email is premature and makes us think you guys run purely on automated systems when we were promised personable customer experience. Look forward to receiving the order soon.

Easy to deal with and supportive when required.

Ryan is so reliable and very accommodating when we need anything. Would highly recommend Stores Supply because of him alone!

We had a very poor experience ahead of bank holiday weekend. We didn't get our delivery on time, even though we ordered before the deadline for delivery. We were told they were too busy and decided not to pack and ship our order! Bank holiday weekend! Left us short. Unacceptable.

I have seen Ryan and John nearly everyday for the past year and every single day they come in with a smile on their face. They are so lovely, funny and are really knowledgeable and helpful with any issues we have. Couldn’t recommend them more !

Wanted to leave a review after hearing the sad news of Michaels departure from Stores.
He has been a go to for me for a long time, helping with a lot of issues as Stores was growing in to a bigger entity in the north.
He will be missed!

My favourite supplier we have! Ryan is the best!

The thing that makes Stores stand out is the genuine, personal, attentive nature of everyone I've dealt with. It may be that I've called up/emailed to ask them about something mundane like shipping or a question about a product, and we end up chatting like catching up with an old friend. This is proper customer service, not just following a script.
Otherwise, great range of products from cold drinks, snacks, coffee and cleaning supplies.
Shout out to Michael who's been a massive help since day one!

Superb customer service and product selection

Michael and his team have bent over backwards to help us since we opened our coffee shop last October. Brilliant produce, quickly delivered and brilliantly responsive customer service! USE STORES!

Stores Supply have been absolutely incredible from the word go. It is incredibly refreshing to work with a stockist that clearly put's so much time and effort into curating a selection that aligns and upholds values that are important to small independent business like ours here at Livett's Coffee Shop in Leeds. The quality of products is excellent, delivery is fast and reliable, communication is fast and transparent, and pricing is very competitive and fair. Michael and the NW team have continued to go above and beyond from helping us initially get set up, providing POS support, and regularly checking in to see how it's all going. Even better that everyone we have been in contact with seems to have industry relevant experience so you can trust you're in good hands. Can't recommend enough!

P.S Their own-brand cold-pressed juices are seriously good stuff!

It’s rare that you find a company with the same values as your own. Valuing quality of product, customer service that goes beyond just fulfilling an order and a company that genuinely wants to make coffee shop offerings better.
Now ultimately we’re all working to make money, it’s business not charity, however stores make the journey enjoyable and the business relationship seem more like a business friendship.
I can’t recommend the team highly enough. Their product selection is exceptional, curated and high quality, and it’s matched by fair pricing, reliable delivery and great customer relations.

Stores south west have been brilliant since we became customers of theirs back in Oct 2023.
with communication being a really strong point on every order, this is massive improvement from my old supplier.

i can't say there haven't been one or two issues since starting but they have always been fast to act and put it right.

on that note, Ellie our account manager has been nothing short of totally fabulous, bubbly, friendly and always quick to reply and put things right

Stores Supply has been a truly fantastic supplier for us at Common Ground Oxford. Ellie and the SW team have been extremely supportive and helpful with everything we need. Can't recommend highly enough!
