Great price for tyres, quick delivery, well packaged.

Needed a new bike (don’t we all) but 2 new knees in 3 years so needed a change. Went to see the people at Slanes. No big rush, no hard sell just excellent service and great advice. New bike day is always a good day but when you know you have received the best honest advice for what you need it can’t be better. Loving the new Wilier Filante hybrid. Can’t thank the Slanes team enough.

I’m a first time customer with Slane Cycles and although I didn’t receive an automated confirmation of my order after making my purchase of a saddle late on Thursday afternoon I was very reassured to receive tracking details from Royal Mail the very same evening. The saddle arrived well packaged and on time on Saturday which was a pretty quick turnaround. A very pleasant buying experience and I will certainly use Slane Cycles again.

“Pay now” button didn’t appear after card verification on “Guest checkout”. ?Took money but order didn’t register. Staff on phone not particularly friendly, no order registered, advised try again. Worked after registering for a login account. Card was charged twice.
Slane staff promptly acknowledged double payment and refund processed but going to take days to get money back. Item arrived as expected. Overall satisfied but a bit of a hassle.

Absolutely first class customer care. Came over on the ferry from scotland to make sure a bike was the right size before buying, Paul and his team could not have been more friendly and helpful. Coffee and biscuits whilst bike was adjusted and readied for me to cycle for the ferry home. Excellent prices well worth a very pleasant day trip to visit the shop. Not had service like it! Thank you!

I placed another order with Slane. Their automated email system still seems to have a few hiccups but I received an email from Paul promptly. And my order arrived a few days later. So all I can say is good prices and great service.

Product delay due to stock and subsequent customs issues. None of which were caused by Slane Cycles. But based upon that they upgraded my freepost in days to 24 hour priority to make up for the elapsed time I experienced.

What an amazing service, called to see if they had the item in stock they called back with 5 mins to say it was in stock, I order the Oakley sunglasses at 3pm on Friday and they arrived by 12pm the next day!!! Brilliant company will be using them in future, thank you!

I did not receive the item.
The payment went out as I have the transaction on my bank statement.
The only confirmation of the transaction is the screenshot I took with the receipt 115732 as there was no email confirmation.

It would be nice that they give you the invoice and the tracking number to see where the package is.

I rang but no answer.
