Richer Sounds - Chester Recenzje 

Have bought a number of products from RIcher Sounds in Chester over the years and have always been appreciative of their help and support. Just bought a new Sonos Arc Ultra as part of an upgrade and currently working with Ewan for getting the right Cambridge and Monitor sound system for the house. Always very helpful and have fantastic knowledge of the products they’re selling.

Living on the Welsh coast Chester is a few hours drive. I ordered a Marantz amplifier and CD player over the phone and it was held for me until I could get there a few days later. The guys helped me out and into the car with the boxes.

Fantastic service from start to finish! It made a refreshing change to speak to someone who was incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the products they were selling. Payment and delivery was quickly arranged and the television was delivered within a few days. All round a great experience, we will certainly be visiting Richer Sounds again.

All went very well in the end after some minor hiccups in the on-line ordering were resolved. Great service with real people to talk with when issues occur.

The best place to buy any hi-fi equipment from.

I made a mistake buying a too larger subwoofer for my system, and they allowed me to swap it out for a cheaper better match for my system.

Once the swap was done, simply supplied details for a refund, as the other sub was cheaper.

Looking for an upgraded Hi-Fi as a treat for my birthday, so much choice online needed some support, saw reviews for Richer Sounds - chester etc thought that sounds like what I needed.
Spoke to Joe, he created a great system for me to meet the budget i gave him.

I recently bought a Samsung tv and half price sound system in Richer Sounds New Year sales via telephone to Ewan at the Chester branch.
I received positive advice on the model I had chosen and a satisfactory sales price. The approved courier had to cancel the home delivery due to snow & ice conditions. Ewan, alerted to this fact emailed me to check that an alternative date had been given. It had and I received a 2 hour delivery slot on a Saturday evening and a text just before arrival. The 2 delivery men were polite and thorough.
A few days later I received an email from Ewan enquiring if I had managed to set up the equipment. No problem with the tv but I had initially struggled to connect the soundbar with the tv via Bluetooth as there was no HDMI cable in the box (Samsung we learned do not include one in the box). A cable was duly despatched from Chester at a discount and the installation was completed 2 days later.
The advice and support I received throughout was excellent. I had previously bought a tv and other items from Richer Sounds Chester branch and my experience on this occasion confirmed their reputation for excellent independent customer service. Highly recommended.
