I purchased Hi-Fi equipment, and, in doing so, I enjoyed the professional help and advice of Matt and Jerome. Without their help and patient guidance, the choice from their abundant stock would have been very difficult. My several visits to the store were always welcoming and pleasant.

You must give your staff at Bromley and Maidstone a huge pat on the back, good old fashioned Customer service, and so knowledgeable in all areas, a real pleasure to walk through the doors of Richer Sounds, if only Currys could take a leaf out of your book.

The communication was very good. There were couple of emails to confirm the acknowledgment of the purchase as well as the delivery details. I got a separate call from the store manager to confirm that the product arrived in the store and it’s ready to collect. They have also checked the item on behalf of me to ensure the product that was delivered to the shop is correct. All of these made me quite confident when I received the product and the outcome of that is that I am a very happy customer. The product is working well with no issues.

Richer Sounds have been around a long time and have always provided expert advice and great service. More personal than the big multi stores.
