My usual tyre provider that I have used for over 20 years. Excellent reliable service.

174015 is the reference number for the issue on a trust pilot rating previously. In spite of you responding to me in trust pilot nobody from your company has contacted me? So you are still no a customer facing business.

This is one star to many after the way you scumbags treated me today ,you were so nasty , it’s a man world and you made sure of that the way you intimidated me made sure I was the well under your shoe

Given a 10:30 time slot (please be on time) then waited 1.5hrs to have 2 tyres fitted.
Short staffed as an excuse is not good enough.
I’ll be going elsewhere.

I took my vehicle in to have two front tyres changed having had the rear tyres changed to snow and muds a few months ago.
I have now realised that they took off the rear tyres which were new and replaced them with identical tyres. The nearly new tyres were chucked in the skip!
My appointment was booked for 10.00 but it was 10.45 before the tyre fitting started and my total wait was in excess of 1.5 hours.
I now have to go in again to have the tyres fitted which have been removed from the skip. I suppose that I will have another long wait.
The old independent business A44 Fawlty Tyres gave marvellous service. This shower do not.

I had a very disappointing experience with this workshop.

I called in advance to order Goodyear Pro Efficiency 2 tires and was told they would arrive from Wales within two weeks. I was promised a call back for confirmation, but never received one. After chasing several times, I eventually placed an online order myself, and only then was I told the tires were actually in stock.

When I arrived for my appointment, I found that the tires were from different manufacturing years (three from 2024 and one from 2025), which had not been mentioned at all. The fitting took almost two hours, finishing right before closing time, and the complimentary front tracking I had been promised was not done. I had also prepaid for rear tracking, but this was refused because of a seized bolt — on a car from 2017, not exactly that old. I even suggested they heat the bolt, as any other tire service would, but they refused, giving the strange explanation that many years ago, a petrol station miles away had banned the use of a blowtorch. They wouldn’t even try WD-40. If this was their approach on a 2017 car, I can only imagine what would happen with a 2010 model. Because of this, neither the rear (paid) nor the front (free) tracking was done, and I am now waiting for a refund for the rear tracking.

On top of this, although I clearly stated that my new TPMS sensors were already programmed, the staff still tried to reprogram them, which could have led to extra charges.

Overall, very poor communication, lack of professionalism, and misleading service. I will not be returning for MOT, tires, or any other service, and I cannot recommend them based on my experience.

EDIT : After I left them a review, they replied asking me to send an email with my phone number so they could resolve my complaint. What do you think? I sent the email, and a week has passed — nobody contacted me. Don’t think that just because they apologize and ask you to send them an email, they will actually call you to resolve anything. It’s just for appearances, to wash away the bad review.

Good garage, friendly and professional staff. Good for tyres, MOT's etc... My car failed the MOT, their quote was far too expensive for me, had the work done elsewhere as Protyre won't allow you to source your own parts (but I saved £350 by doing it)
They restested it once the work was done free-of-charge, so all good... Will use them again for MOT and tyres but not for mechanical work as its too pricey for my wallet...

Friendly service. Would have been 5 stars but "system interface" issues between head office and garage meant my booked appointment was changed at short notice. Sort it out Head Office - no-one needs the inconvenience!! It's not 1987, the tech is available if you respect your customers.

Informative, honest and overall great service

I took my car to Protyre in Worcester for a Gold Service and MOT. The staff were friendly and explained everything clearly before starting the work. They were finished the same day, and the price was very reasonable compared to other garages I’ve used. Overall, I’d highly recommend this garage for reliable and trustworthy service.
