Great choice available, quick service, love the plates! Definitely will order again!

Stay away from this seller , they not printing as per legal requirement and when you ask them to fix the issue they completely ignored you, better to spend some more money and use different seller, contacted bank to stop transaction.

quick, friendly and plate looks amazing. top jobs from these lads, wish they made smaller plates but im assuming there would be a reason for that

ordered plates came with letter out of line and visible. seller send me guide how to repair it but it wasnt possible. promised replacement but nothing was sent. seller totally ignore me, no answering to any comunication. waste of money and time.
Update: I contacted you for 3 months through emails or WhatsApp you totally ignored all messages. That's your business. People don't waste your money and time.

Plates turned up ,letters were not in line ,backings had air bubbles in,and plate makers details were just etched in white on bottom of plate (not road legal) .contacted them ,they replied with we either give you back 20%! Or send your plates back to be rectified.I requested to be rectified,but they still have not answered me after four days! DO NOT USE NOMPLATES .WAIST OF MONEY.not registered to sell number plates! If you can't get refund then ask for help through your bank .don't be fooled by nom plates .

I’m not even sure where to start , actually yes I do,LISTEN TO ALL OF THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND YOU CANT GO WRONG. I ordered 3d acrylic gel infused , they messed the order up sent me pic of acrylic , then when pulled him up on error he said what’s your postcode , then quickly added gel later and shipped out , the gel is peeling off , customer service is 💯 DISGUSTING. Will upload full pics . Honestly if you have any dignity and want a plate doing properly go anywhere but these people . Customer service comes across very hostile. Upon telling him I want a refund he’s said “ it’s not happening” I wish I saw these reviews before placing an order. I havnt even opened the plates and you can see where the gel is peeling off “put some pressure on you’ll be fine” WHAT??? Why do I need to put pressure of a “professionally” done item that I paid £68+ for????

Mega shame I can’t upload pics to this review as it will really show just how bad customer service is. I’ve told them if this gets removed I shall be going to trading standards but I will be doing this anyway and these people shouldn’t be allowed to run an “official business”

Fantastic service! Quick and friendly

Ordered 2 sets of plates as Christmas presents. 4d plates with 3d gel on top

1 set was ok quality (3d gels weren’t stuck inline with the 4d digits under and overhanging but ok to gift.
The other set both plates the second line of digits were at a different angle to the first set of digits and poor quality as above.

Tried to contact via email and WhatsApp but no response after numerous attempts, so had to order another set from another supplier.

Don’t recommend will not be using again

First plate I received letters were not in line contacted and they said that I could send it back once I asked for the address, back-and-forth messages took me over a week and a message saying I would like a refund for messing me about and that I had to purchase another plate from someone else
So they give me the address as soon as they receive a plate said that I could not have a refund and that I could only have another plate which is what I did because I couldn’t be bothered to go back-and-forth with messages. Customer service was disgusting and will never do business with them again and advise anyone else in doing the same .

Can’t fault Mon Plates placed the order Saturday night and they was on my door on Tuesday excellent service and the bubble plates are really good quality if your reading this review this is the Company you go to buy your personalised plates STAY WELL AWAY From a Company called FIRE PLATES!
Overall can’t fault Monplates will be coming back for more in the future :)

you have not said anything different from direct communications when I’ve explained I ordered frames and plates as I wanted frames and plates - if I’d wanted Velcro or magnets I’d have enquired about that!
The fact remains that the plates and frames as ordered as a set simply do not work and I was never told this during all communications prior to and during order.
Given they also have minor defects present they are deemed under law to be faulty and in both cases (supplied goods not compatible for use as buyer asked and faulty) they are returnable and refundable under law even though they are bespoke!
If you are as focused on providing good service as you claim you will sort this out.
Also funny how it’s only a few all 5 star reviews on your own website - I know of a few now that have been submitted at 1-3 stars and you seem to remove them sharpish.

*UPDATE - I was invited by email to also submit a review to the Nom Plates website so I just copied this one and posted it - for some reason it was removed a short time later - only shows 4 reviews that are all ***** 5 star - funny that isn’t it?!

AVOID! Good ideas, poor quality & service!!
Pre ordering discussed options at length and chose high quality negative style with holders (crucial as a show car)

First impression of plates to be fair were that they looked good/ different but then the problems started

1. Minor defects in the finish, black letters/ cutting of etc
2. One plate had been fitted into a holder - jammed in and holder broken
3. Clearly the holders don’t suit the plates
4. Seller said minor defects are ok and can’t take back
5. Legally should be free from minor defects and appropriate quality for price paid etc
6. Legally as ordered and pre discussed as a package, the plates and the holders should all fit and be easily removed etc (as you would do at a show)
7. Legally as errors and not compatible for intended use and told to heat holders each time to try and get plates to fit etc they are under Consumer Goods Act fully refundable
8. Seller now refuses to even communicate
9. Legal action pending
10. May only be (expensive) plates etc but the principle is you need to make them good quality, free from defects and then be legally and morally responsible when things go wrong and sort out the customer in a timely and professional manner - not force them into court action which will ultimately cost them a fortune!

You’ve been warned!
Seriously, go elsewhere - it’s not worth the money nor the hassle

I ordered a number plate from Nom plates for my trailer . All went well with ordering but the plate never arrived . I contacted them numerous times , they said that I hadn’t put my full address down but managed to get my money including my full address . Eventually they sent me a tracking email from Amazon who deliver the plates so I went to the address & surprisingly they had never seen the plate nor had the neighbours on both sides . I emailed Nom plates but no reply & no refund for my undelivered plate. It was only £20 but it’s poor customer service . WHY GET A BAD NAME FOR £20 ?

Got my road legal bubble plates in today, couldn’t believe how fast the turnaround was, I sent the guys the required documentation to make them road legal, before I could even check if they needed anything else from me, the plates were delivered, and look amazing might I add 😍

Absolutely amazing company to deal with. Number plates are top quality. Very highly recommended.
