I have contacted Moneyspire about 20 in the last 90 days about not being able to contact to several banks. The do not seem to care or do not know how to resolve these issues. Poor Service totally incompetent!

I wanted a very simple program to manage my finance - old school checkbook balancing. Moneyspire is just what I was looking for. Simple & intuitive. The initial setup of adding accounts & bills was easy. It has the ability to connect with bank accounts, but I do not use this feature as I prefer to manually add income & expenses. And no annual subscription costs. If you are looking for simple Moneyspire is worth checking out.

I had an issue with double payment which I thought would just drag on with back and forth emails. However moneyspire responded within a short time and refunded what was owed to me pretty much straight away.

Upgrade DOES NOT WORK! I was forced to upgrade to keep my banking downloads working. $50 later, I have the new version of the software telling me I still need to upgrade to the new software.

Whilst not being an expert in the market of such systems, I find Moneyspire to meet my needs for my home accounting.

I have had the displeasure of having to interact with several Customer Services recently and almost all are like getting a root canal. Moneyspire's is actually good and I get good responses from them. Also it was very easy to contact them through email (my preference). I did not have to jump through a bunch of hoops, call, or do live chat first. Contact should be easy. Moneyspire seems to get this. Follow up: When I wrote this review I thought it was for my customer service experience, not the software itself. The software is good as well and I would recommend it. I was a long time Quicken user but that ended when I got a new computer and they only had the absurd forced subscriptions instead of an outright purchase.

Customer service was patient with me and very helpful!

Support is always done in a timely fashion, and they will stay with you until thing are right again

Easy to use interface similar to quicken so easy to switch over. Is a one time purchase with no subscription.

Ich habe lange nach einer Alternative für Microsoft Money gesucht, welches es ja leider schon seht Jahren nicht mehr gibt. Jetzt habe ich Moneyspire gefunden und bin rundum zufrieden. Guter Preis, einfache Bedienung und vor allem, man kann das Produkt testen, bevor man es kauft.

I love the fact of 'no annual subscriptions'. I used quicken for over 30 years and completely disliked it when they started their subscription program. I did a search a few months ago for alternatives to quicken. When I ran across Moneyspire and the fact that you purchase it 1 time, I bought it. The cost was actually less than 1 year with quicken. It's taking a bit to get used to the Moneyspire interface but I really like it.

I purchased this product to evaluate the full featured version as the 'trial' version did not include the bank connection download feature. Although the mechanism did work, the results were unsatisfactory as the transactions were not always inclusive of the time frame selected. I ran parallel with Quicken Deluxe and was disappointed with the results after only a couple of days. As I could not trust its accountability, I will NOT be using this software.

I was having a glitch with Moneyspire connect, sent an email off explaining the glitch and exactly 11 minutes later I got a response to try again. It worked. They even checked the situation for a second license I have. I've had phone calls with tech support take longer!

After moving away from the Quicken solution, I've been pleasantly surprised and refreshed with Moneyspire. The features I need are all here. I've had great experiences with the support team. The product is improved with regular updates. And I *love* the native support for Linux!

i am quite satisfied with the product.
though, i would like it had possibilities to disable some features i personnally don't need at all and somehow they bother me ; like : compensation

Moneyspire's people are great. I had one issue with the software (turned out to be my computer) and they were quick to respond and offer suggestions. Definitely give them a try
