I was in store for a DPD pickup however I found the staff to be really kind, polite and helpful. Will definitely return to this store in the future as a result of my experience.

Good products and reasonable prices. And the staff at the Sauchiehall Street Glasgow shop are always friendly and helpful.

I received really friendly service from the moment that I walked into the store which was nice! Steven was a great sales person and made sure that I got the best deal possible (I’m enjoying my £1 flapjack as we speak 😂). His colleague (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name) was lovely and offered a discount if I needed any last-minute items for my upcoming trip. Highly recommend!

Really helpful staff and Claire went well out of her way to assist me and to find technical information that I was looking for. Excellent service and my jacket was cheaper there than anywhere else.

After trying to get the right equipment, service and support to purchase the items I needed. I fell upon Millets Glasgow. Debbie and Abbi were fantastic. I felt like a VIP and they had great knowledge and patience in ensuring everything I bought was exactly what I needed. Cannot thank them enough and I never had to wear a sunflower lanyard or explain my MS or car crash issues. As they were exceptional. Will only be going back there from now on when those staff are on. Fantastic

Steven was the person that helped me with the selection of gear (as I am new in this world) and he was completely honest and knowledgefull about which gear to recommend. Was a patient and kind person. I would return there for more shopping.

My husband and I are in Glasgow on our first trip to Scotland. On the day we were to start our tour, his left leg locked up making it impossible for him to walk far. After going to a few pharmacies we were able to purchase medicines but unable to buy a cane and/or walking stick. Someone recommended that we try Millets. Not wanting my husband to walk any farther I left him on the sidewalk and entered Millets on my own. Here is where the hero of the story enters - Steven. After listening to my story, Steven brought three different walking sticks outside to where my husband was waiting. He allowed him to try them and choose the one that would work the best for him. I left the store with a walking stick that enabled my husband to walk back to the hotel. With lots of steps going into the Millets’ store it would have been impossible for my husband to have physically entered the store. Hopefully tomorrow we will be able to join our tour thanks to the walking stick that we were able to purchase. Thanks Steven for your OUTSTANDING customer service!

Happy with my new boots and the sales consultant was very helpful. Friendly and stayed on for about 10 minutes after his shift finished just to finish serving me and ordering the boots for me.

In Millets today for some camping stuff, gas stove and mains supply kit. Honestly the two guys serving us could not have been more helpful. Nothing was a bother. They were chatty, pleasant and really made our day. I’m sorry I didn’t get their names but both of them were just lovely.

I was looking for a pair of walking boots. Claire was so helpful. She quickly and fully understood what I needed and what stock was in the store which might suit. She could not have been more helpful.

I came to millets Glasgow with my daughter to get her kit for her Duke of Edinburgh expedition. All the staff here were very nice and welcoming. The name of the staff that helped us was Zach and he was so lovely and helped us with everything we needed. He gave my daughter lots of tips for her expedition and we were so grateful. I would recommend Zach to anyone that needs help with their dofe kit and expedition as he has lots of experience with this.

I’m looking at upgrading some kit, I went into a couple of shops in town but didn’t get much help, then went to millets and spoke to zach who walked me through different options and recommended items to me, I will be back soon

Debbie at Glasgow branch was very friendly and efficient with a good sense of humor. Good shopping experience,which brightened my day.

Debbie was extremely helpful when my husband and I were both looking for waterproof jackets. She seemed very knowledgeable. Best service we have had in any store for a long time! Well done!

The female staff member was very helpful in demonstrating my walking pole by showing how it worked and advising of the correct height.She allowed plenty of time for perusal of walking trousers and helped choose the correct size and pointed out deals on offer.

Was in the Glasgow store a few days ago. Staff Abbi and Zack were extremely helpful. Store is full of great clothing and equipment. Got exactly what I was looking for👏
