JMCsecure Recenzje

I spoke to the comapny regarding my requirements and they offered all possible forms of solutions. They even thought of the small adapter I required at a minimal cost. Exactly what I wanted and would deal with them again.

Many thanks

Thanks for my CCTV recorder received within 4 days. Had a few enquiries and I had complete satisfaction and directions. I am very impressed with the company JMC Security.

Good price and very quick delivery. I recommend!

The overall service was great with a good choice of products great communication the only criticism I might have is they do not take payment over the phone but it is only a minor criticism overall brilliant will definitely use them again

I have ordered from JMC before & found them well organised, and that they process the order efficiently & promptly. I found they respond to email quickly, whether it be an order or a query. I bought a good quality camera and recorder kit from them just over a year ago, and have been very pleased with it. I ordered a couple of extra cameras for the system a week ago, this time spending a little more for even better cameras; which arrived within 4 days of the order. I have just installed the first one, and I am glad a bought a higher specification one. I thought the first ones were good, but this is even better for just some £30 extra. I would certainly deal with JMC again, I found them reliable & helpful.

We wanted some simple security and came across this package from JMC. We got information about shipping up to arrival. The kit was well packed and looks a good quality set. I've set it up, which was pretty seamless and it works well. All in all a good experience.

Comprehensive and easily understood information to provide an informed choice of product which has resulted in complete satisfaction. No hassle delivery, on time and in perfect condition. Very important also was the personal contact with an advisor by telephone prior to purchase to answer any queries I had.

The box was damaged and when opened the camera glass was smashed. I contacted the website and explained the fault. When I rang the staff were very helpful and they arranged to collect the damaged goods and deliver a new security system the very next day.

faulty mouse exchanged without quibble; prompt delivery; equipment works fine; despite being a Sony camera I am a little disappointed with the picture quality but perhaps that's to be expected at this end of the price range.

The service provided by JMC was very good with advice and quick delivery. However the first recorder seemed noisy and could be heard over the whole house as a dull humm. This unit was promptly replaced by JMC - top marks. I have now placed the new unit in the garage and I am afraid to say it is still humming. Surely the recorder is basically the same as my Sky unit and this is virtually silent.
I will see if the noise remains or gets worse but the quality of the cameras is excellent

Nothing more to say other than I purchased from them.

Would use again great service

Ordering and delivery straight forward on the website. Smooth process overall. Well done guys!

You should access their website as it is informative and clear. I would certainly use JMC again.

Spoke to a member of the team who patiently answered all my questions and gave me the timescales for delivery which came through exactly as promised.

Will definitely be doing more business with JMC Security in the nearest future.

Placed an order online. The seller then phoned to suggest a better part for my setup at no extra cost which helps me out a lot. Great seller and quick delivery

They delivered exactly what I ordered, and it arrived well before the specified delivery date. Well done!

I did not receive a manuel and CD rom.

Good product, good price, quick delivery and friendly/helpful customer service. Thanks.

I found things a bit puzzling at first, though i have a friend who did the installing, the cameras are excellent, really clear, and the help from James was really good, i may have to ask him some further questions.
