Restez à l'écart ! !! La pire expérience jamais vécue ! !!
Le pire service que l'on puisse imaginer. Après avoir signé le contrat, nous avons été appelés 3 fois par semaine pour payer l'acompte, alors que la maison n'était pas encore finalisée. Malheureusement, une fois que nous avons payé, il était impossible d'entrer en contact avec eux. Charlotte était en congé maternité donc son manager a pris le relais, et honnêtement il n'y a pas de mots pour le décrire. Il met une éternité à répondre aux emails et ne rappelle jamais. La cuisine est arrivée avec 3 semaines de retard par rapport à la date initiale. On nous a demandé de payer un acompte pour le granit dont nous avons découvert le jour des mesures qu'il n'avait jamais été commandé et qu'il n'était pas en stock. Oui, nous devions traiter directement avec l'entreprise qui fournissait la pierre ! À la mi-décembre, nous avons fait installer la cuisine. Juste avant Noël, il manquait le robinet et le filtre pour l'induction. De plus, le couvercle du micro-ondes était cassé. Tout est arrivé en janvier, mais nous nous sommes trompés de robinet pour la deuxième fois. Une dame a pris les mesures pour le dosseret qu'ils ont complètement oublié en janvier. Fin avril, je voulais attendre avant de rédiger un avis, mais à ce stade, j'en ai complètement marre d'eux. La cuisine n'est toujours pas terminée (commandée en août 2024). Nous pensions que le service et la qualité étaient à la hauteur du prix, nous nous sommes trompés.

Stay away!!! Worst experience ever!!!
The worst service you can imagine. After signing contract we were called 3 time a week when we will pay the deposit, despite not having the house finalised. Unfortunately once we paid, getting in touch with them was impossible. Charlotte on maternity so her manager took over, and honestly no words to describe him. Takes forever to reply to emails and never calls back. Kitchen arrived after 3 weeks of delay from original date. We were asked to pay deposit for the granite that we found out on the day of measurements that was never ordered and the don't have it in stock. Yes, we needed to deal with the company that was providing stone directly! In the middle of December we had kitchen installed. Just before Christmas, our tap was missing and the filter for induction as well. Plus the cover for microwave was broken. It all arrived in January, but again we got the wrong tap for the second time. One lady took the measurements for the splashback that they completely forgot about in January. End of April I wanted to wait before putting a review but at this point Im completely feed up with them. Kitchen is still not finished (was ordered in August 2024), we paid over 22,000 euro and shame I can't add the photos to show what’s happening with the furnitures. We believed that service and quality comes with price, we were very very wrong.

Trzymaj się z daleka!!! Najgorsze doświadczenie w historii!!!
Najgorsza obsługa, jaką można sobie wyobrazić. Po podpisaniu umowy dzwoniono do nas 3 razy w tygodniu, kiedy zapłacimy depozyt, mimo że dom nie został sfinalizowany. Niestety, kiedy już zapłaciliśmy, skontaktowanie się z nimi było niemożliwe. Charlotte na macierzyńskim, więc jej menedżer przejął i szczerze mówiąc, nie ma słów, aby go opisać. Wiecznie odpowiada na e-maile i nigdy nie oddzwania. Kuchnia dotarła po 3 tygodniach opóźnienia od pierwotnej daty. Zostaliśmy poproszeni o wpłacenie kaucji za granit, który, jak się dowiedzieliśmy w dniu pomiarów, nigdy nie został zamówiony i nie mają go w magazynie. Tak, musieliśmy skontaktować się bezpośrednio z firmą, która dostarczała kamień! W połowie grudnia mieliśmy zainstalowaną kuchnię. Tuż przed świętami brakowało naszego kranu, a także filtra do indukcji. Dodatkowo osłona kuchenki mikrofalowej była zepsuta. Wszystko dotarło w styczniu, ale po raz drugi dostaliśmy niewłaściwy kran. Jedna pani wykonała pomiary dla splashbacka, o którym zupełnie zapomnieli w styczniu. Pod koniec kwietnia chciałam poczekać z wystawieniem opinii, ale w tym momencie mam ich kompletnie dość. Kuchnia nadal nie jest ukończona (została zamówiona w sierpniu 2024 r.), Zapłaciliśmy ponad 22 000 euro szkoda ze nie mogę dodać zdjęć żeby pokazać, co dzieje się z meblami. Wierzyliśmy, że obsługa i jakość idą w parze z ceną, bardzo się myliliśmy.
