Bought a car just over 3 months ago &…
Bought a car just over 3 months ago & it’s broke down . They won’t help me . Car isn’t driving & needs recovered . Going days with ringing them car is stranded they sold me warranty with A1 that’s not fit for purpose as no one will fix the issue only Land Rover & they won’t pay out for this . I’m in Northern Ireland & don’t know what to do . So distressed.

I have had a very good experience of buying a car through Hippo. From the enquiry through to reaching Matthew Knowles on the process in sales on purchasing and then receiving the car this morning from Nick. Great communication throughout, I would highly recommend this company. To be honest a breath of fresh on customer service when buying the car.
