Excellent service from initial enquiry to actual hearing test and fitting of hearing aids. Olivia was very understanding of my mother’s needs and Mubashir was knowledgeable and sensitive when undertaking the hearing test. I would thoroughly recommend the St Albans branch to anyone.

Colin was very patient and understood my lack of dexterity. He also persevered with difficult access to install a transmitter to my TV.

I saw Mubashir Ali. He was very professional and clearly explained all of the ear tests to be carried out. I would highly recommend the hearing tests carried out by Hidden Hearing.

I received a phone call inviting me to have a free visit to the clinic in St Albans.
Even though I had a paid hearing exam a few months earlier at another clinic, I accepted since it was free.
The doctor sat me down with a pair of earphones in my ear and I had to press a button as soon as I heard a sound, even a very low one. It was already strange that I wasn't in a soundproof box, but that's okay. I knew very well that the result would be that I would have hearing problems, and so it was, furthermore I would need some hearing aids as soon as possible, otherwise the problem would increase.
The doctor took some random hearing aids out of the drawer and made me wear them and took me outside to check if I could hear better while he spoke in a normal tone of voice, my answer was no and that I felt uncomfortable and I felt better without the aids. So he told me to take them off and started talking in a very very low tone asking me “do you hear better now?”. It seemed like a joke!
They keep calling me from a number 808 196 2081 and I always refuse to go.
But this morning they called me again and when I said I wasn't interested and please if they could delete my number from the system and don’t call me again, the lady on the phone was very rude and cut the call while I was still talking.
Really terrible service!

I attended the St Albans branch recently after experiencing some problems with my hearing aids, having bought them 6 months ago. Both Mubashir and Megan were very kind and helpful in helping to resolve the problems. Megan performed microsuction and removed some wax and debris from my ears which together with the adjustment and cleaning of the aids by Mubashir has made a huge difference.

The gentleman that I was explained everything to me in a way that I could understand and was very helpful
