Very helpful staff.

Hi, we booked another Alfa coach holiday using the York office, it was from the new Alfa brochure, infact it was so new it wasn't even on the system yet so a young lady called Ruby had to do it via the phone, but no problem for them, they are always ready to help,

The staff are always warm and…

The staff are always warm and welcoming. They are knowledgeable about the holidays and go that extra mile to find out if there's something they don't know. Would recommend.

My friend and I booked a holiday to…

My friend and I booked a holiday to Gran Canaria in November. She's just lost her husband and wants to get away. She's never been abroad before or on a plane so it will be a new experience for her. Rebecca was brilliant and really helped us with our choices.

I wasn't asked to take a seat

I wasn't asked to take a seat. All I wanted was a travel voucher for a present for someone. The process took a long time. I was asked for a lot of personal information. The receipt was three pages long. Totally a receipt for someone booking a holiday. And now I am getting emails from you which I don't want.
