Very happy with Hays travel
It was the same cost as booking direct but Laura was able to get us the flights that we wanted but we couldn't find them online.
Laura also helped us with our travel insurance needs.

Happy but disappointed
The staff are pleasant,Amy looked after us.She was very efficient.
My only disappointment was that,this is the second holiday we have booked with Hays this year and on both occasions they did not take any notice of my blue light card.
