We cannot praise Hays at Peterlee enough. The team are all welcoming, the shop is clean and tidy.
Libby could not help us enough, also was friendly, professional and warm in her approach throughout we will definitely return to Hays for our next holiday through this service we have received nothing was too much effort - top class customer service, the whole process was made easy through Libby.

I didn’t have long to book a holiday so popped in on a lunch break. I was helped by Amanda who easily found the holiday I was looking for and even got an upgrade for very little more. Went away happy with the experience as I usually only book online. Would definitely visit again for another holiday.

All staff are brilliant but the young lady 'Libby' was extremely helpful and found us a lovely hotel with everything we asked for.

Very helpful staff.

Overall a helpful attitude from staff. However they were so busy they had to deal with other issues whilst dealing with my booking. This was very distracting and may be the reason not all of my details weren’t put into the system. This made an issue when I tried to access my account via the app. I also didn’t get a documented itemised booking with payment for taxi transfer, request for twin room and booking of seats on the aircraft.
However they help to access the app was sorted easily. When I telephoned the agent, this information was all verbally confirmed. They would try to send me this information via email. If this was not successful it would all be in writing when I sorted my boarding pass etc.
I can’t help feeling that if the lady who took my booking wasn’t doing other jobs as well as my booking this may have been avoided.
