Good fast efficient service with a friendly smile, I could of booked the holiday on the jet2 website but it's much easier to use Hayes travel for someone over 70 and call me old fashioned but I do like an paper copy of the booking 😀

Excellent customer service
I visited the branch in Northfield, Birmingham with a very specific plan of the holiday requirements. The agent there spent ages trying to match my plan but there was nothing available. He then found a number of excellent other options, one of which exceeded my expectations and this was booked. Well pleased!
