Despite not knowing quite what I had in mind, the agent was not put off by my indecision and was able to find a package to suit me very quickly and to make the booking smoothly. Much easier than trying to do it myself.

Service as usual, helpful and friendly but delayed 4 days by lack of Internet connection.

Helpful, knowledgeable, listened to what I wanted then we booked.

I used the Marple branch to book my honeymoon. I had no idea where to start as its a little overwhelming for such a important holiday. Tracey is a diamond! She asked me questions found out what our likes and dislikes were. We then found the perfect place and she constantly price checked and emailed the hotel to get further information etc. Nothing was too much for her. She is a credit to the team! The process to book was quick and easy. Thank you for helping us choose our dream honeymoon!
