Always a pleasure to book a holiday at Huddersfield.
Ruby was excellent

Staff always pleasant and very helpful The holiday we enquired about was not available, but they found us an alternative which was just as good.

Kim was very helpful in organising the exact holiday we wanted. She even rang Riviera to understand how much walking was involved in the tours as my wife has mobility issues.

As always, friendly, helpful staff.

I don’t often write reviews, but on this occasion I genuinely felt one was deserved.

Over the past couple of weeks I visited the Hays Travel Huddersfield branch around six times and also had several telephone conversations while organising what is a very special holiday for my family.

This will be the first time I’ve taken my two teenage children abroad without their mum following a difficult divorce. Organising passports, travel authorisations and everything else has been emotional and stressful, and because I was working to a tight budget, finding the best possible deal was incredibly important.

Every member of staff I dealt with was friendly, professional and genuinely wanted to help. However, one member of the team, Ruby, went above and beyond.

Several people searched for flights and tried to find me the best value, but Ruby found savings and options that nobody else had been able to uncover. What impressed me most wasn’t just the final price—it was her determination to keep looking until she found the very best solution.

In fact, when Ruby was off for two days, I deliberately waited for her to return because I had complete confidence in her ability to find something better. She absolutely delivered.

Thanks to Ruby, my children and I are now looking forward to an unforgettable trip to Toronto and New York. She didn’t simply book a holiday—she helped create memories that we will treasure for the rest of our lives.

As a business owner myself, I understand that products and prices matter, but it’s people who build a company’s reputation. Ruby is a real credit to Hays Travel, and I sincerely hope she receives the recognition she deserves.

wrong person was named as lead name, therefore app couldn't be opened ,wrong passenger details entered same mistakes were made last year .Francis is NOT the lead name.
Thank goodness for Ruby in the Huddersfield office who spent a long time with me this morning rectifying the mistakes made yesterday.

Ruby was the Girl who arranged my Holiday for me in the Branch. She was very helpful and informative and arranged everything for me all Travel and accommodation etc 😀
