Have booked multiple holidays through this lady lovely.
She is amazing and will always go above and beyond for our family. Think this is number 5 that we've booked through her.

Would not go anywhere else. From assisting with travel assistance to reaching out to hotel for assurances and to provide assistance...

The customer experience is always exceptional Through Emma and she always goes alive ans beyond and for this reason we will always book through her.

Girly holiday

Had a fabulous holiday which was booked for us by Emma
Nothing too much trouble . Matched the perfect hotel to our requirements.
In fact resort and hotel and food so lovely that I've booked to return again in 2 weeks with my mum .

Booking Cruises

Its hassle free booking. The agent does it all for you.

This is our 4th cruise with Hays Travel and we have been more than satisfied.

Customer service fantastic as always and all our requirements were met.

Emma was amazing at Hays travel

Emma was amazing at Hays travel. Emma sorted the complete wedding package for us for Las Vegas, from the flights, the hotel, the chapel etc. Nothing was too much trouble. Emma went above & beyond to ensure we have a perfect stay & wedding experience.
