I took my new Citizen dive master watch into Ernest Jones, Leamington Spa, to have the stainless steel strap adjusted as It was slightly too large. The young lady that served me determined that only one link needed removing and carried out the work in a couple of minutes. She was quietly confident and very knowledgeable, and I’d be more that happy to use this branch again. Excellent service!

Excellent service with extremely knowledgeable staff on many occasions over the last couple of years. Always welcomed into store with a smile. I would definitely recommend this store and would not hesistate in visiting again for all of my jewellery wishlist items.

Easy to use filtering to get size and style options. Really awkward trying to find a size I ring - they are too small for a lot of ring styles.

Make sure you find the discount codes though - they apply even to some of the sale items.

Also, can't praise the staff in the Leamington Spa branch enough for their assistance letting us look at the ring in person.

I came into my local branch of Ernest Jones as I was encountering difficulties with the online order for a new engagement ring. There was a sale on, but the error with the website meant the offer ended that night.

Nabila helped me resolve the issue and ensured i didnt lose out on the discount, due to the issues with the website. She proceeded to help me with the new order. Everything was nice and straightforward. We had a good chat throughout the process, nothing was forced and I didn't feel like I was being pushed into a sales discussion.

We had previously been in the store a few days before where Sophie had provided some advice and guidance to us about ring types and suitable materials.

I wanted to wait until the proposal before posting a review, just incase my partner saw any trust pilot emails on our shared account.

Just wanted to send a quick note to thank Nabila, the Leamington Spa Store Manager for her amazing help in resolving what looked like being quite a traumatic issue surrounding my wife's eternity ring.
To cut a very long and quite emotive story short, a diamond dropped out of the ring not long after the warranty had expired so we took it back to Nabila to see what could be done.
The ring was sent off and the assessors decided it had been banged and was accidental damage so not covered under any guarantee.
I emailed the Customer Service team who looked into the matter, keeping Nabila in the loop throughout the process.
She was constantly in touch with me about any updates, reassuring me and it felt like she was fighting our corner throughout. My wife had waited a long time for the ring (my fault) so to see it damaged was upsetting… an emotion that Nabila completely understood and empathised with.
When we thanked her, she kept saying "that's my job. I want you to be happy" - but that's a level of care rarely seen these days from larger, faceless businesses so it was refreshing to see that Ernest Jones have an employee like her.
In the end the issue was resolved, thanks we're sure in no small part to Nabila who, in our opinion, deserves recognition for her actions for turning a negative into a big positive.

Lovely shop with friendly and helpful staff. I was looking for a gift for a 50th birthday and Suzanne couldn't have been more helpful. I'll definitely return in the future.

I purchased a gold chain that was over £200 in December and the catch is already broken (by early March) and doesn’t align so the necklace just falls off my neck, the price I paid was for the chain only. it’s to hold a pendant with my girls ashes which was over £400 so I don’t want to lost it, its not just the money I’ve spent, the pendant is irreplaceable. I’ll never shop with Ernest Jones again, the quality is shocking. I’ve seen on the website reviews from other customers who have purchased necklaces which have fallen apart after weeks/months of wear! Avoid! There are better jewellery stores out there!

Bought a watch with money that was left by a grandparent, i took it back to ernest jones for a battery replacement 18 months ago. Since then its taken on water and they are quoting me £550 to fix it because it needs new hands due to rust. They are trying to place the blame on me as the user but it was supposed to be waterproof to 1000m and i dont go diving! the watch would have cost £250 to manufacture so the £550 to fix is beyond ridiculous! I will never shop in ernest jones every again and with i had bought my watch in Tustains jewellers in town as they would have offered much better customer service than this! from a Very upset customer

This was a special purchase for a dear friend who had undergone serious surgery within the last 9 months. It had to be right for her. The lady who served us, was so supportive, understanding and helpful. We really appreciate her and the service we received. We are not easily swayed as customers but absolutely appreciate great customer service
