Ernest Jones - Cheltenham Recenzje 

Visited the Cheltenham store yesterday to choose a special birthday gift for our daughter. Jenny was so kind and helpful, despite us being very indecisive! She understood our budget, and helped us select a lovely item. Unfortunately it wasn't in stock in the size we needed, but Jenny checked nearest availability and organised for the store in Bath to keep the item for us to collect in time for the birthday celebrations. Thank you Jenny, your genuine care and attention made a stressful experience much better, and we then had time to enjoy a drink in the sunshine! Recommend seeing this lovely lady if you need help choosing special jewellery, she's really approachable, kind, and went above and beyond to help us. Please can you make sure she sees this message? I'd love her to know what a difference she made and how grateful we are 🫶

Fantastic service at the Cheltenham shop. Really patient whilst I was selecting my ring. Had problems with the home delivery company but was sorted out immediately and I was kept informed at all stages and express delivery sorted out.

Bought a pair of earrings unique to the store 2 days ago, but the butterfly was loose so fortunately only lost the back - they were over £135. Went back to the shop, saw the lovely Portuguese assistant who remembered me, explained, but her manager was there and took over. She was rude, passive aggressive and reluctantly helped whilst treating me as if I was an unintelligent child. I told the girl that her customer service was excellent, but Ernest Jones would not get my custom again because of the manager - that she should not follow her awful example. Maybe there hadn’t been enough £0000.00s in my original purchase!

We went in store to try on a wedding band, we wanted it to match my platinum engagement ring. Tried ring on in store and it matched perfectly, ordered in store and received 3 weeks later in post. I tried it on and noticed it was much thinner than the one we tried on in store and no longer matched my engagement ring. Went back to store as assumed they'd sent wrong one to be told that what you try on in store is a "dummy ring" and that they couldn't do anything to help us despite the ring being 0.5mm in depth different to the one we ordered. We were totally mis-sold.. we raised a complaint with customer service, 3 weeks went by with radio silence. Called them again and told person dealing with it unavailable, left multiple messages. Finally received call back week later from someone else who tried to sort. Were told we'd need to go back to the store we bought it from despite it being over a 60mile round journey. They finally agreed they had missold us and arranged for a bespoke ring to be ordered to the specified measurements. 8 weeks wasting our time and multiple needless trips into the store. Complained handled really poorly in my honest opinion. We wanted this to be a simple process but on every point of contact were met with barriers and problems. Needless stress, would pay extra next time to go with a reputable independent jeweller.

I bought a tissot watch on Wednesday 10th April,The sales assistant was a lovely young lady by the name Morgan, she very much helpful and a pleasure to be served by.

I’m writing this review hoping that it finds its way to the top of Ernest Jones's company as I had a wonderful “Save the Bride” moment in your Cheltenham store with Sophia & Tiffany.
A wedding band that I had ordered through another company arrived and was incorrect hence my mad dash to my local Ernest Jones Jewlrey store to try find a replacement before my big day which at the time was in two days.
Not only did Sophia & Tiffany help me in my situation, they were professional and exceeded my expectations on finding a perfect ring to go with my engagement ring. They were kind, helpful and totally calmed my nerves and I will be recommending them and this company for outstanding service of going above and beyond for their customers! Thank-you once again

Great service from your staff in Cheltenham - Abbie was very helpful as I was in a rush and she guided through my options for the budget that I had.

The staff were extremely friendly and very sympathetic. More importantly they were very professional and knowledgeable making it a pleasure to do business with them. We shall definitely show there again.

Speedy delivery of the ring of bought and a nice helpful chap helped us find the ring we wanted.

I bought a bangle and was given expert advise on it. However I could not mange the clasp on my own, so returned it to the shop. It could not have been easier, they were very understanding and patient. I did not see anything in the shop I wanted and they gave me a full refund. I will continue to look on line to find a replacement.
