Nach den ganzen negativen Bewertungen…

Nach den ganzen negativen Bewertungen habe ich Abstand von der Bestellung genommen und habe den Artikel (der noch Original verpackt war) bei LG zurückgeben.
Allerdings verweist LG bei einer Retoure / einem Widerruf an den Handelspartner Digital River Ltd.
Den Widerruf habe ich dann an die genannte E-Mail Adresse, die in den AGBs von LG steht gerichtet. Als Antwort bekam ich dann von Digital River Ltd. sie seien nicht zuständig. Also wie hier behauptet wurde, werden die Zuständigkeiten hier hin und her geschoben. Nun hat’s komischerweise doch funktioniert und eine Abholung meines Artikels wurde veranlasst. Ich kann jedem raten hier nicht zu bestellen.. wenn die Probleme schon bei einem einfachen Widerruf anfangen, wie soll das Ganze dann erst bei einem Gewährleistungsanspruch aussehen?

Bestellt eure Monitore, TVs und Co. Bloß woanders.

Attenzione Abilitano Pagamento automatico Tramite PayPal

Buongiorno, ho acquistato da loro AnyUnlock promettendo che in caso di non sbocco ci sarebbe stato un la possibilità di rimborso, cosa non vera, in più hanno abilitato il pagamento automatico con PayPal che ho subito bloccato dopo primo pagamento. Sono molto deluso Che PayPal garantisca per una Azienda del Genere !!!

Absolutely horrible!


It’s been 6 days since I placed my order and I haven’t got any information for it. I need your help in cancelling the order as the service has been atrocious!

The experience with Logitech for my first ever direct order has been absolutely absolutely pathetic. The product is available for a direct pick up from an apple store. The very next day. I have placed the order six days back, and I have received no details on the order being confirmed or being shipped. For a company, which says that it is a tech company having such pathetic customer service is a disgrace. The very fact that chat support Cannot even provide timelines or confirm confirmation on cancellation is a model which is used by companies of 18th century. It looks like the entire business is joined, and it was a grave error on my part to even think of ordering directly. I use multiple logic tech products, but the direct e-commerce site is extremely annoying.

Why is LG associated with these muppets?

Purchase LG product direct from LG site. Verification obtained from card company and confirmed. Order page then seems to switch to Digital River the only notification of this being an inconspicuous note at the top of the page saying unable to process order.

Tried with new browser / alternative PC and card company . . . the same failure occurs. No email contact or explanation.

Must be costing LG hundreds of sales and harming their brand image big time.

Des voleurs

Cette entreprise m'a volé 38 $ dans mon compte Paypal, sans mon autorisation. Je ne comprend pas comment ils ont fait car j'ai un mot de passe très compliqué. Maintenant j'ai demandé à Paypal de s'occuper de ce vol. Si cela était possible je mettrais aucune étoile !

UNTERIRDISCH - NIE WIEDER

Habe AVG-Programme zum Schutz meines PCs gekauft. Habe 2021 über einen Kündigungsdienstleister ordentlich gekündigt. Die Programme wurden auch abgeschaltet, aber kassieren tun sie einfach weiter! Habe übern Kundendienst mein Geld zurück gefordert, keine Antwort! Habe auch die Kündigung beigefügt, keine Antwort... Das ganze mindestens 10x probiert, sie antworten nicht - aber sie buchen lustig weiter ab! Jetzt habe ich das betreffende Paypalkonto einfach gelöscht. Sehr unseriöses Unternehmen! Unterirdisches Unternehmen! NIE WIEDER!

Auto Renewal of Avast Security Premium that Avast had cancelled

My Windows 7 laptop had became my NON-Internet computer – simply for management of my spreadsheets.
AVAST! replied to an earlier email of mine that
“No refund is due as you’ve missed the 30-day Money Back Guarantee period”
But also commented “The automatic renewal for your subscription has been cancelled.”

On April 29th, I had reason to briefly connect this old W7 laptop on to the Internet in order to access some old printing software that was still linked to my (very old) printer. Purely to create a Royal Mail parcel delivery note.
Then simply switched the online button to OFF.

In the meantime, Avast Security Premium decided BY ITSELF that I now wanted to reinstate my products for virus protection, and instructed DigRiv to debit my Credit Card the full price on it’s renewal date.

But I had been assured in Avast's email that
“”Your subscription will continue through the end of your already paid subscription term, after which it will end and no further renewals will take place.””

So, how dare Digital River Ireland bill the credit card that was no longer going to authorise Avast licence renewals !!

Addebito Digital river ireland Ltd.

Mi sono ritrovato un addebito per un pagamento di 64,99 euro a favore di "Digital river ireland Ltd." Ho scoperto che è per l'antivirus Avast. In effetti l'anno prima aveva acquistato un loro prodotto per 17 euro, quindi mi hanno rinnovato il pagamento in automatico ma la cifra è più che raddoppiata... Ho chiesto un rimborso.
Bisogna andare sul sito avast nella sezione "Richiesta di rimborso per un abbonamento avast"
Per assicurarmi che tutto andasse a buon fine ho anche avviato una chat per l'assistenza e chiesto il rimborso. Hanno tentato di propormi altre soluzioni ma alla fine mi hanno concesso il rimborso totale.
Vi consiglio anche di andare sull'account paypal e disattivare il rinnovo automatico per i futuri pagamenti così da essere tranquilli.

Unauthorised payment to Digital River Ireland from PayPal.

I have had an unauthorised payment taken from my PayPal account of £1448.98. Until yesterday I had never heard of Digital River or entered into any transactions with them. Neither have I entered into any transactions for this amount of money with anybody. PayPal won't accept that it is a unauthorised transaction. How can a company just take this amount of money from someone's PayPal account?

Fristgerechte Kündigung eines…

Fristgerechte Kündigung eines Software-Abo wurde weder in Deutsch noch in Englisch über den Online-Kunden-Service beantwortet oder akzeptiert. Kündigungs-Einschreiben an die auf der Rechnung erwähnte Adresse in Köln kam heute als unzustellbar zurück. Sehr unseriös. Habe das Abbuchungsmandat über PayPal ausser Kraft gesetzt.
Ist mir für zukünftige Aktionen eine Lehre !

Worst possible online shopping…

Worst possible online shopping experience, they run the online store for Logitech, I have ordered a keyboard and have had no email confirmations, I can see they have taken my money. There is no response on there online chat, no email to contact and the phone number says they are on Holiday!

I have no idea what is going on, I'm currently stuck without a keyboard and should have just ordered on Amazon for £10 more would have been worth it!

If you are dealing with the orders then you are the ones to blame, my order has still not arrived and UPS has lost it.

USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE

When I opened my Adobe account years ago I had to do my billing through Digital River. Well, for 10 years I never thought about it until recently when I just couldnt access my invoices from them since January. I sat on the phone today for 45 minutes trying to get them to help resolve this as the INVOICES SAY DIGITAL RIVER ON IT and NOT ADOBE. Anyway after a very useless call with one of their customer service individuals, who couldnt help, couldnt transfer me to a manger and was just completely pathetic, I contacted Adobe, and canceled my account with Digital River, was given a huge discount and the issue was resolved where I NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS AWFUL COMPANY AGAIN. This company should be grateful that Adobe even do business with them. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my ENTIRE LIFE.

unable to log into my account keeps telling me to change my password everytime i try to log in. wont give me a refund this is a con. then they say i need my username but i didnt make one and they say they cant tell me what it is as i need to log into my account to see it. this is a third party site and the company i bought the programme from wont supply a refund as they say i dont need to log in to get the download

SHAM order processing/online shop operator

These guys operate the onkine store for trend micro and process the payments on they behalf...

O purchased a product from trend micro last year and JUST, OUT-OF-THE-BLUE received a “renewal” notice from these guys TO EHICH THEY ILLEGALLY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD😡😡😡

***UPDATE: APRIL 24, 2024***

I contacted trend micro and they said digital rivers area to issue refunds and debit from accounts….

And dont bother trying to contact these guys via email or telephone CAUSE THEY DONT ANSWER and they “automated” email messaging centre DOESNT RECOGNIZE the “order number”

No es una estafa, pero si engaño, atraves de letra pequeña

No es una estafa, pero si engaño camuflado.
Cuando compramos el antivirus automáticamente te hacen una suscripción anual y no leemos la letra pequeña y encima no sabemos ni de donde viene.
No aparece el nombre de Avast por ningún lado, te vuelves loca no reconoces el pago y PayPal o el banco te dice que no pueden hacer nada por que firmaste una suscripción sin saberlo.
Yo compre un antivirus el año pasado por 17,87 y antes incluso de los 12 meses me pasan por PayPal 64,99€.
El tlf que te aporta PayPal es de fuera de España el correo no existe. Bueno después de dos meses de lucha, PayPal intermedio y me devolvieron el dinero. Lo más importante es desincribirse para que no nos pase el siguiente año..Un saludo
