The bracelets received weren't great quality. Only tried one of them on and it bent out of shape straight away.

This is the first contact we have had with Sarah. Had she have come to us with the issue we would have resolved it for her and either sent her a new one once she had sent us an image of the issue or asked her to send back and we would happily refund. Leaving 1 star reviews without first speaking to us is really hurtful to us as a small business trying our best to make a living.
The option is still open to you Sarah should you want us to resolve this for you. All we ask anyone to do before leaving 1 star reviews is come and speak to us first

So credit where credit is due
So credit where credit is due, I originally gave this company a poor review due to my items not being received but after a few backwards and forwards emails, the company sent my items by recorded delivery and I have to say I am pleased with my items and the outcome. The items (forget me not bangles were as described and will make lovely gifts for mum and sisters in memory of my grandmother.
