I attended Click Hub in Hornchurch. It was a difficult building to find and access. The saving grace was the young lady who syringed my ears. She was charming and put me at ease immediately.

Happy with Click!
Very happy with the service from Click hearing. Hayley has been, and continues to be very kind and patient with my elderly mum. It has been a long process trying to find the right aids and deal with her hearing issues. Hayley listens carefully to her and tries very hard to find solutions for Mum to make it as comfortable and easy for her as possible. The support staff are also very helpful as we often need to rearrange appointments and it has never been a problem. Thank you!

Far exceeded my expectations
Mr. Ben Mann improved my quality of life enormously. I went in (on recommendations) with low expectations of improving my tinnitus. After my check up, it appeared that my hearing was at fault, exacerbating the tinnitus. This didn't really come as a surprise as friends and family had been telling me for years to get my hearing checked.
At no time did I feel I was being up-sold or pressured to buy the most expensive solution to my hearing loss. After careful thought and excellent guidance we found a product (Lyric) that not only gave me hearing of a bat, it reduced the tinnitus to about 10/15% of what was previously driving me slowly insane. The real proof was sitting down to the television for the first time and lowering the volume from 55 down to 20!
Admittedly, the Lyric is pricey, but in my case worth the improvement of my quality of life.
I can't recommend the service and professionalism of Ben and Click Hearing enough. I'm delighted to endorse them.

Deesha - hearing/pressure test
I saw Deesha having been referred by my ENT consultant. She was very friendly, reassuring and actually took time to listen, with interest, to the reasons I was there and fully explained everything she was doing and the results. I’d highly recommend.
