Alistair, the salesman in the shop was very helpful. He found the details of the carpet we had previously bought (and very happy with), so we could order the same for our extension. He arranged for Alan to measure the next day. Alan was very good and efficient. He took all the measurements including stairs, and got the info back quickly. We were able to order the carpet straight away. And will only have a two week wait.

Ordered and paid in full for a carpet on 10th April. When i ordered the carpet I was told delivery would be between 3 and 4 weeks. Todays date is 28th May. 7 weeks have passed and still no carpet. The web site still says 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. I have visited the store Twice where i have been told they are waiting delivery and hope to have it this week. If you buy from this company you will need to make sure that you have an ambulance on standby to treat the inevitable heart attack. I'm on my second coronary of the day. I fear the next will finish me off

We were struggling to find a company that could measure and fit a carpet to a deadline, after other companies had let us down. We spoke to the team in the Preston branch, we popped in, chose a carpet, chose a fitting day and all arranged in under an hour.

Got assisted by Alistair in Preston who was patient with us and gave us such a great service.

Ash at the Preston Branch was very friendly and very accommodating. He also arranged for an earlier fitting for me as I was under time constraints and even replaced my ordered carpet with a slightly different one so I could get the fitting in time.
V happy with service and fitter as well.

A good range of products to suit our needs was available

Made a visit to Carpetright at Preston, hassle free, not pushy sales just great service. In store we were dealt with by Alastair then Darren came to our house and did a measure the day after. Carpet due to be fitted in 2weeks, excellent service and no complaints to date.

Have used Carpetright in the past and always found the staff to be helpful, we always find what we wanted and the prices are fair, just replacing a bedroom carpet in a couple of weeks, next stop....hallway!!
