Fabulous service
We were served by Stevie and Emily today they were really helpful and quickly resolved an issue we had. We left the store with a new tent, sofa, chair, collapsible kettle, fairy lights and ordered a footprint and carpet for our new tent, Thank you so much, Stevie and Emily for helping us today. We would definitely recommend Blacks Sheffield and will definitely return for our camping items 😁

Great Customer Service!
Harriet was very helpful during my recent visit to the store. I was looking for a winter coat for our forthcoming Norwegian cruise that would be warm without being too bulky. Harriet spent time with me checking the fit of the coat I'd chosen, I was also able to try it on with a lightweight zip up top from the rack, as I only had a t-shirt on due to a warm day. I ended up buying both the coat and top, thank you Harriet for your help.

Up on my first visit to the sheffield store i had an idea of what camping chairs i wanted, Harriet made this experience much better with her polite attitude in guiding me to getting the perfect one within my budget!

Great Customer Service
Incredible customer service and very knowledgable staff. Stevie, the store manager, in particular was of massive help when she assisted in picking out a new Berghaus air tent. 10/10 would recommend the store to a friend.
