Delicious sauce and great company! I ordered the mix pack for Christmas and one of the bottles got damaged during the transit. They not only replaced the bottle in a speedy amount of time, they also send a 20% off code for the inconvenience. A++

This sauce is the tits
First off, this sauce is the tits - we got the variety pack and every single one of them is fire. There’s not one dish of food that wouldn’t benefit from having a dollop of Bachan’s on top.
After my husband brought home the original sauce and we quickly drained it, I knew I had to order more for a Christmas gift. For him, of course ;)
Second, there was a minor hiccup with my order. A complimentary gift that was supposed to be included ended up being unavailable. Customer service let me know immediately and they issued a partial refund to make it right.
Bangin sauce and bangin customer service. You’ve got a loyal fan here!

My Dad loved them & fast delivery!
I got 3 bottles of sauce for my dad for Christmas because he loves the original flavour, but hasn’t tried the other three, and he loves them! They also got delivered super quick before the holidays which was awesome.

Great Customer Service
After I placed my order, I got an email letting me know they were unable to send the free wrapping paper gift with my gift pack of sauce, and they refunded me some money because of it. This made me feel like the company really cares about its customer service.

Delicious sauces and best customer service!
Fast shipping and wonderful customer service. When they noticed when packing up my order that the gift wrap I had ordered as part of a promotion (so it was free) was damaged, they refunded me 15% of my order total! So nice.

Still haven't received part of my order…
Still haven't received part of my order that was supposed to get there before Christmas. I emailed and asked them to track it or refund, and they weren't helpful at all. Sauce is great, but would love to get what I paid for.
