I have had on of their products for 13 years, hard copy bought and paid for. Having had a hardware problem on my computer, I had to reinstall it, it installed okay but when I went to open it a further request for proof was required and could be accessed by request. I requested this but was told mt product is no longer supported so they refused to let me open it.
I went to my account and the item was shown in my products. I told them that this is proof of my purchasing the software; and what did they do? They deleted it from my account!
I can no longer use my own property.

Never buy autodesk products
Never buy autodesk products. I used fusion for several years but the renewal and helpdesk is the worst experience ever. After an employee renewed my subscription he also cancelled it again after two weeks after a little over 20 contact moments with the helpdesk I was locked out of my account and had the pay an additional €150 to get my account working again. The helpdesk has not been able to solve any of the problems they created themselves. Even after being locked out to their wrong doing they were unwilling to reactivate my account

Meine Version ist nicht mehr aktivierbar, da Autodesk sie für zu alt befindet. Also nicht mehr benutzbar. Zudem ist eine Neuwerwerb nur über ein ksotspieliges Abonnement möglich. Das Kosten/Nutzenverhältnis finde ich sehr unvorteilhaft für mich bzw. ich kann den Mehrwert im Verhältnis Kosten nicht erkennen. Ich bin jetzt auf eine deutlich günstigere Dauerlizenz von Gstar CAD umgestiegen, welche eine fast gleichartige Benutzerobläche wie Autocad anbietet und für mich den gleichenumfang an Funktionen anbietet. Somit mußte ich mich nach langjährigem Autocad-Gebrauch nicht in einen neue Software einarbeiten. Darüber bin ich sehr froh, da das die Abhängigkeit von einer Software verhindert.

AutoDesk er fuldstændig ligeglade med at en enkelt kunde har problemer med at få adgang til sin konto.
Jeg har skiftet mail, og kan nu ikke få min nye mail føjet til min konto.
Jeg kan derfor ikke tilgå mine dokumenter.
Har haft problemet 3 gange på 2 måneder, og AutoDesk erkender problemet, men er åbenbart ligeglad med at hjælpe.
Min licens er en proffessionel licens som jeg betaler for.
Greedy Money Hungry Company
Autodesk is the most money hungry, greedy software company I have ever experienced. We entered into a contract worth well over $100,000 over 3 years (not to mention the tens of thousands we spent before then). I asked for a simple upgrade from Autcad LT to the Autocad/Revit LT suite, fully willing to pay the difference between the AutoCad LT price and the Autocad/Revit LT suite. After escalating the issue to the Western US and Canada representative, they told me that there was no way to make this request happen, and that we had to pay for the full price of both Autocad LT and Revit LT. The lack of care towards its customers is atrocious, and will have lasting effects on their company name.
I contacted Autodesk to renew a license…easy right? Wrong.
I contacted Autodesk to renew a license for one of our users. 6 weeks and 50 odd emails later neither of the two sales agents can confirm which payment information to use. In the most recent reply the sales agent said to ''assume its the invoice pdf''. Two conflicting PDF files were sent to me, which I sent to the agent for clarification before their response. The issue is still not resolved and the license may expire before Autodesk can confirm how they want to be paid for the software. Which means the user who works with the software cannot complete the work on their project, which means the client will be dissatisfied. Why has it taken nearly 2 full months to renew a license?
I had a very, very different experience when working with Autodesk last year before the CS was outsourced. I believe the main issue comes from the outsourced customer service support, who have little to no training or resources, in an effort to cut corners and increase their margin.
