Product difficult to use and expensive. Tried to put a 5mm skim on 1 sq m concrete in 2 halves using 10 kg kit. Product hard to smooth down and went off quickly so second 5 kg skim had some unevenness. Tried help line to see if there was any way fill in pitting . Chat line poor, Says immediate reply but got 2 poor replies and waiting 10-20 minutes for a reply. Gave up. Should have gone with doing the job in 3 parts and keeping a small quantity of product over to fill in flaws. Finish looks hard and durable once down. Top price but poor guidance and chat.

Excellent customer support, replaced 4 tins of epoxy floor paint FOC after there was a slight colour discrepency.

Do not buy their "Watco Heavy Duty Anti Slip Traffic Paint". Firstly, it's a glossy finish, something I did not expect. It's difficult to apply despite exactly following their instructions. I thoroughly mixed it and by the time you are half-way done, it turns into an unworkable sludge. Worse of all, my concrete paths are even more slippery than they were before applying this product. €1000 down the drain. They may have better products, but, do not use this one. Finally, their website is watco.ie - but they are not an Irish company. Everything is shipped from the UK and you have to chase them for shipping updates - for some strange reason, you do not get a tracking number. I called them to ask why I have no tracking number, and they said because they out-source their shipping. Doesn't practically everyone outsource their shipping? Prepare to wait several weeks - with no notifications of delivery date.

Update May 31: Watco fully refunded my order after I gave feedback about the performance of their product. Changing to 5 stars.

Full telephone support to discuss which was the correct product to use. Bulk quantity discount. The products arrived next and were top quality and did exactly the job I bought it for.

The paint is of great quality to where my customers love it. I only ever order now from Watco.

I will never use this product again. Despite careful preparation of the surface, the paint is very poorly applied. Fortunately, I did not mix the entire volume and was able to save the floor in my garage. It is better not to say anything about the delivery service

Purchased this so called ‘premium brand paint’ for my garage floor and after the first summer, the paint has discoloured and looks dreadful. I have had to repaint the floor with another product. Would never purchase this paint again.

Truly excellent customer service. From my initial tentative inquiries, through to completion of the Epoxy Gloss Coat on my new workshop floor, along with some hiccups on the way, Scott was just brilliant in his advice and support.

I was originally hesitant about the cost of the using the Gloss Epoxy, especially as there were some issue and concerns with the original flow coated screed that a contractor had done very poorly that ended up with mass of air bubbles and craters. I had to rework the floor myself before epoxy painting.

With Scott's assistance and patience we decided to use the additional Powerflow Primer to achieve a more secure bond to the repaired screeded flow coat floor.

I am exceedingly happy with the result and have no hesitation in recommending Watco products and I will certainly be using them again when we refurbish the floor on our dual car garage.

Just normal paint in a fancy tin, over priced wrong colour still not covering after 4 coats of matte floor paint.. way over priced ...have been sent a replacement but took 8 days for delivery so haven't used it yet.

Like another reviewer below I have had an awful experience with Watco. They have offered no explanation or reason as to why their so call reputable products failed. Even after I escalated the issues I had to Mat Hadden the customer services manager (who really
comes across as disinterested) there was no explanation. They have left me thousands of pounds out of pocket with a really unhappy client. I left a review on feefo and their reply was-we called and left a voicemail to discuss. No they didn't. But hey, they didn't want to know at the time so why would they want to redeem themselves now?

My order from Watco was stuck in the Fedex hub. The lady Fozia who works in customer services was so helpful in chasing up the delivery details. As we were unable to get any joy from Fedex she sent out a duplicate order. I never had to wait long for a reply from her. Thanks for the help.

Had a bad start with Watco, but I have to say since then I have had excellent back up support, a real desire to sort the issue out and when they say 100% satisfaction it is clear they mean it and go out of their way to achieve it. They put their money and effort behind customer satisfaction - have to say terrific recovery from a bad start

Not the best start but my goodness, Nick at Watco certainly came up trumps when helping get my goods up to Shetland. Friendly, courteous and efficient - he made it happen - thank you Watco & thank you Nick👍👍👍

Superb product.
Recently used Watco’s epoxy resin floor paint (basics) to cover garage floor in a refurb. Floor measures 30 mtr Sq so ordered 10ltrs in total to apply 2 coats. Having never done this before I read and followed the instructions to the word. Cannot fault the ease, despite nerves, of applying and sense of achievement once all completed. The floor had originally had a brushed finish that I had prepped with a blade to take edges off. I didn’t use a sealer prior to using the epoxy resin but the 2 coats were sufficient. Comments from family and friends has been very positive. Thanks.

Be careful. We purchased Watco's Flowtop product for a 35m2 garage. The product was applied by an experienced Screed Contractor exactly as per Watco's guidelines, but cracked soon after installation. To date, Watco have not provided an explanation, apology or any support.

I'm a bit late in writing this review. I moved home recently & completed my move just as we came out of lockdown. Having used WATCO in the past, I contacted them for advise re painting the Garage floor at my new home. Advice was excellent & professional & they pulled out all the stops to get the products shipped to me in a timely manner in spite of the constraints placed by difficult transport condition. An excellent professional organisation with quality products.

Called the company to discuss powerfloat floor sealant. This is £75 per tin, but they sent a free trial tin for me to test! Full size one as well! How good is that? Anyway, it makes my "rubbish" floor look like a sheet of marble and easy as you like to apply, just a superb finish. So Watco Powerfloat floor sealant. Excellent product and excellent service. 10/10

I would definitely not use this company again. Awful customer service, should have listened to the other reviews.

I have ordered 3 x 5 litres of stormdry from watco (paint people) I have received 1 5 litre container of stormdry and 2 5 litres of watco masonry waterproofer. I have sent them back then received the same items again. After numerous phone calls with the poor guy (nathen) who now need 3 weeks leave. I still don't have my other 2 x 5 litres of stormdry. I have been informed it is the same thing. It is not what I ordered. Also no managers avaliable to speak to. What sort of company works like this.

I now need the 2 5 litres to go back for the second time and be sent the correct order.
