Opened an account and got bad straight away. Very strange! Have been selling on eBay and Etsy for years, never had I such bad experience as with Vinted. Don’t even waste your time to register. To make it short, unprofessional!

I have bought item through vinted app and item arrived was clearly replica as I have original bought in the store so I know how it should look alike! Waiting for vinted to respond on my query and resolve this issue 🙄

Har sendt 4 glas afsted og køber modtager en pakke som hun kan se er blevet tabt/knust og det ene glas er gået i stykker

Vinset annullerer handlen og køber kan beholde mine glas, og jeg får ikke en dyt tilbage. Vinset melder tilbage at det er min indpakning som ikke var god nok, trods jeg har pakket i 3 kasser + fyld sådan alt stod fast. Selv køber giver dem besked på at min indpakning var god, men Vinset er ligeglad og fastholder deres beslutning

Completely unregulated site for scammers avoid.

SCAMMERS SITE: Wish I could give ZERO stars. Ordered a coat off a seller in France. It landed in Ireland then was stopped by Vinted who requested it back, never communicated this to me, never refunded me but blocked me instead. So the money I paid is gone. The coat has disappeared and the seller has no idea what's going on, I managed to contact them through my friends account. Vinted have gone dark after one generic reply to say they'll escalate from Max, now no replies to 8 follow ups. 110% a scammers website. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Terrible customer service. My package got lost customer got refunded and vinted refused to investigate with their carrier. Do not use this app.

Vorsicht! Vinted zwingend meiden! Habe einen Artikel auf Vinted über das offizielle System verkauft. Die Käuferin holt ihr Paket nicht bei der Post ab. Sie erhält automatisch das Geld zurück. Ich erhalte meinen Artikel nicht zurück. Das Paket ist scheinbar verloren. Keinerlei Info über eine Sendungsverfolgung. Der Kundenservice ist nicht erreichbar, der KI-Roboter funktioniert offensichtlich nicht. Schlechtestes System das ich jemals erlebt habe.

Det er en fantastisk stor platform for køb og salg. Det sagt, er der plads til forbedring! I den tid jeg har brugt Vinted er portoen steget markant og da det ikke er muligt at filtrer på land, så jeg køber mindre end før. Det med forsendelser fungerer generalt godt. Der hvor skoen trykker er ved den usikkerhed der er i deres pænt dårlige kundeservice, som tilmed er blevet ringerer grundet deres løbende opdateringer med nye forringelser af regler for både køber og sælger. De tager sig tilmed bedre betalt for disse løbende forringerlser. Giv ikke op! deres Chatbot er virkelig ringe, men når du er vedholdende og Anker/dokumenter i.flg. deres regler, så sker det en gang imellem at en af deres servicemedarbejder for et klarsyn ;-)

Stay away from Vinted.
I have had a few good experiences with great sellers who delivered lovely items in the exact conditions described. However, I recently placed an order from France that was listed as “new without tags” and instead received a very old jacket with clear signs of prolonged use. The seller even had the audacity to claim that the damage wasn’t there before and must have happened during delivery!

Vinted’s customer service is completely seller-centred. They expected me to return the item at my own expense despite the fact that I was clearly scammed. The seller would probably come up with another excuse if I returned it anyway. I will be deleting my account.

Sides with a seller selling fake items. Do not use.

They held my money after selling, and they haven't paid me.

I joined Vinted with a correct Irish address, Irish Eircode, and the intention to sell from Ireland.
Instead, Vinted placed my account into the wrong shipping zone, giving me UK-only shipping options that do not work in Ireland.

I contacted support multiple times, provided screenshots and clear explanations, yet every reply I received was a copy-paste answer that ignored everything I said.
Agents repeatedly gave me false information, claimed everything was “correct” when it clearly wasn’t, and eventually closed the case without solving anything.

At one point, they even told me to delete my entire account and start again, losing all my listings — just to fix their own technical mistake.

After days of back-and-forth, Vinted still refused to acknowledge the problem or escalate it to someone capable of fixing it.

This was genuinely the worst customer service experience I’ve had with any selling platform.
Complete incompetence, zero accountability, and absolutely no willingness to help.

I’m done with Vinted — and I would strongly advise others to avoid the frustration and stay away as well.

Worst possible site. Beware, they just punish the buyers and make them pay for the return ticket, even if this is seller’s fault.

Bought a coat for 70 euro and it never arrived. Gave it 25 working days and then raised concern on day 26 as required by Vinted website only to be told by them that transaction was complete and they were full of 'empathy' . Raised several more complaints but there was nothing they could do!!! So much for the mandatory buyers protection!

Bad experience.

Purchased a pair of trainers and when I received them they were a completely different colour to the ones in the sellers pictures. The seller also quickly removed the pictures immediately after I bought the trainers which I thought was strange, now I know why. Vinted customer support sided with the seller suggesting that next time I 'ask for more information and extra photos from sellers to avoid any misunderstanding'. Absolute rubbish. I feel ripped off. AVOID.

⚠️ A REAL WARNING ABOUT VINTED ⚠️ I honestly never expected a platform this big to treat buyers like this… I received items that were NOTHING like the photos or description, and instead of helping me, Vinted told me to pay the return costs myself for THEIR mistake. So I’m supposed to pay shipping TWICE? 😂 What kind of “Buyer Protection” is this? ❌💔 Support just sends cold copy-paste texts, ignores evidence, refuses to escalate, and leaves buyers alone with the problem. It feels like we don’t matter at all. 🤖🥀 I’m taking this to consumer protection and filing a legal complaint even if I stand alone. People should KNOW how this platform treats honest buyers. ⚖️🔥 If you’re a buyer, please protect yourself. Don’t let Vinted do this to you. 💔📢

Anybody buying anything off Vinted please read the following if items purchased are being delivered by Evri,Do not trust this company,I now had issues with Evri since the 12th OCT 2025 over 3 lost parcels ,the collection point designated has just returned ALL parcels in there possession due to EVRI,s incompitance in not notifying customers of the arrival parcels, and now refuse to have any dealings with Evri from now on,The tracking system is not fit for purpose ,and courier reviews cannot be entered because the original address postcode is not recognised, also there comment on tracking history that parcels have been delivered is blatant LYING,How do they get away with this difunctional operations, I beg sellers not to use this delivery service ,it may be the lowest priced service but this might be because they have no avenue for compensation for contractual service fees for misplaced items.I expect a another copy and paste reply.a company with no morals.

I sent an item which did not arrive, the courier admitted there was a fault in their system and told me I had to raise it with Vinted. I tried, and tried, sent proof but they say I did not send it in time, I did, so they have closed the complaint. Why do we pay a buyers protection fee when selling? It seems wrong
