Good experience so far. However posted item on Saturday and buyer sent a note that they received the parcel on Monday. However when I checked An Post tracker - it says the item is still in sorting centre. Looks like the parcel was delivered but not scanned on delivery or the scanning system was down. Vinted application relies on an integration with An Post. So now Vinted does not have up to date info. A system trying to work off of duff data from An Post. Pity

Had a parcel be undeliverable due to an issue with Inpost. Vinted would not answer my question or help in anyway on the chat. Waited way over the 48 hrs for a response. Re brought the parcel and now there is another shipping error and again Vinted are not answering the chat.

Terrible customer service and the package wasn’t delivered after waiting for 2 months. I ordered a shoe. The seller kept saying it was on its way but I later found out that the package hadn’t even left his house and Vinted blocked me for asking about it. I didn’t get my money back until I got help from Revolut. I wouldn’t recommend this app at all.

Fik af vide jeg skulle id godkendes igen. Og gik ind og gjorde alt rigtigt. Og fik af vide der ville gå et par minutter. Her efter 7 dage kan jeg stadig ikke få lov at trække mine penge ud. Og deres kundeservice er uduelig. Lige meget hvad jeg skriver så får jeg ikke et svar, andet end tak for din tålmodighed

Seller support needs serious improvement
I recently experienced an issue with a return handled through Vinted. Although the return label was generated by the platform, the parcel was sent to a distant parcel shop rather than my home address.
This resulted in additional travel expenses to retrieve my own item. Unfortunately, customer service did not provide a clear or satisfactory solution regarding reimbursement.
Vinted works well when transactions go smoothly, but in dispute cases, private sellers may find themselves at a disadvantage. Improvements in return logistics and clearer accountability would be highly appreciated.

Was delighted with Vinted at first and I made many sales of really good quality branded items in my wardrobe. I made a few purchases which were only ok and one of which differed significantly from the photo. The item cost €7 and postage from France was €7. If I wanted to return it for a refund it would have cost ME €7, not the seller. That’s €14 postage for an item worth only €7. So I decided to keep it and cut my losses.
I’ve seen reviews and the Vinted process is wide open to abuse from unscrupulous buyers saying they didn’t receive something or returning the same item they bought except much older. The process needs to change as there are too many dishonest people around ruining the experience for everyone else

Never buying from Vinted again. My partner and I have not received 2 delivery’s that were purchased on this app. He spent 250€ on an order and it was never delivered, because it was outside the 2 day window when he reported it (we were on our holidays) he could not get a refund. Absolute scam of an app. If items are not delivered, a full refund should be given, no questions asked. Apparently that’s not the way they operate. DO NOT purchase from this app.

Terrible. Items I purchased that didn’t deliver. Vinted say that the carrier confirmed items were delivered & closed my issue. I asked for evidence of delivery and complaints procedure & they ignored me and kept closing the conversation. Shocking given this is what you pay payment protection for. Very poor Vinted
“Lost both items and payment”
I contacted Vinted customer support to properly handle an issue regarding the sale of a set of 4 items, one of which arrived damaged during shipping, despite very careful packaging (as confirmed by the buyer).
I offered two fair solutions: a partial refund while keeping the undamaged items, or a full refund with return. The buyer never responded.
I then asked customer service for assistance, but without any explanation the transaction was simply cancelled. The buyer kept the entire set of products and the full payment was removed from my account.
In practice, I lost both the items and the money. A platform that does not protect its sellers is simply not reliable. I will not use it again.

Trousers worth €60 sold for €8 and sent to France. Buyer says they didn’t collect the item. I would not have sold them if I knew they were going to a collection point. Vinted the. said they were returning the item to me.
I have no proof that they do. And the trousers are ‘missing’
I now have no trousers and no sale / money.
Vinted have tried to fob me off for two months with AI customer service. When I eventually got through to agent they didn’t read the issue and gave a stock reply ignoring the problem and then closed the conversation.
No accountability. They don’t care. Don’t trust my items are safe now - that I’m selling.

Pakket og brugte Vintes post label og sendte den. Pakken kommer aldrig frem. Køber for sine penge tilbage. Jeg taler med GLS om hvad jeg nu gør, da mine støvler er blevet væk. De siger det er en sag mellem mig og Vinted. Beder her om hjælp, men kan ikke komme i kontakt med nogen former for kundeservice andet end deres Ai genereret standardsvar.
Har mener den så jeg selv har annulleret handlen hvilket gør at jeg ikke er berettiget til at få kompensation for min miste pakke og de lukker sagen.
Total dårlig måde at drive forretning på og mangel på kundeservice og hjælp når man har brug for det.

I Bought something 6months ago from france and it came within a few days, it was great and shipping was reasonable, but now, iv bought some stuff again recently (smaller items) from different sellers and the cost between postage and fees is near €10 each, that would be all well and good, even justifiable if they came fast, but its been over 11days now and still no sign of any of my items..
Their in some sort og group pallet and for the total fee, to Irl, you would expect next day delivery...

As a relatively new user of Vinted I have found it to be an excellent way of decluttering pre loved items. I send photos, garment labels, colours, description etc. I will show all designer brand logos etc. So I got a message from Vinted support yesterday to say they had removed an item from my listing because of the possibility of it being counterfeit. This was a 5 euro item, listed with photos and no designer or brand mentioned. I have asked Vinted support for information regarding the reason for deciding that this item could be counterfeit when in fact it was not listed as a designer branded item. I keep getting generic replies referring to Vinted guidelines but they will not send me clarification as to why they decided to remove an item that was not listed as designer or branded as a possible counterfeit. I am so disappointed with this platform

I tried signing up for Vinted. It was going well at first, then I made and uploaded my first listing. Vinted then decides to permanently ban my account. I read their terms and conditions and I have done nothing wrong. I tried to appeal the decision twice and I get no information on why my account was banned. I’m just told that they’ve decided not to unban my account. Nothing I did goes against there terms and conditions so it’s honestly pointless. I tried to create new accounts and they all get banned too. Such a waste of time and their customer support is honestly useless. I would stay away from this platform.

De vil nu have alle mulige oplysninger og kan åbenbart ikke finde ud af at læse deres eget systems indsigelser.
De giver mig 1 dag til at svare. Jeg ligger på opvågning efter operation og skriver det og at de godt må give mig en chance, nu hvor jeg er massivt dopet og det faktum, at jeg har ventet to uger på sælger. Kundeservice er ligeglad og skriver, at hvis ikke de har oplysningerne inden for 1 dag, så skal jeg betale for den vare, som ikke er som beskrevet og som jeg gjorde indsigelse imod med det samme
