Utilizzo questa piattaforma da circa 5…

Utilizzo questa piattaforma da circa 5 anni, ho ottenuto ottime recensioni e mai avuto problemi con nessun cliente. Scorsa settimana mi viene bloccato il profilo con una motivazione piuttosto ridicola: vendita fraudolenta di articoli contraffatti.
Un blocco su un abito di cui ho mostrato l autenticità con relativa ricevuta di acquisto.
Vinted sta facendo un blocco di account a tappeto per qualsiasi motivo… non è assolutamente possibile.
A tutt’oggi non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta dalla loro assistenza!!!

Arnaque, blocage, perte de visibilité, déception totale

+ Beaucoup de monde sur cette application

- Les colis sont souvent perdus
- Les arnaques sont autorisés et defendues par Vinted
- Vinted bloque définitivement les comptes sans raison suite à des signalements abusifs
- Un colis à été perdu ils m'ont remboursé moi vendeuse mais pas l'acheteuse
- Ils ne vérifient pas les signalements. Il suffit que je refuse une offre la personne me signale pour contrefaçon alors que mon article n'est même pas une marque et je fini avec un compte restreint pour rien
- Géré par des robots informatiques
- Baisse volontairement la visibilité pour inciter à payer des options pour mettre ses articles en avant: boost ou vitrine

En bref, vivement qu'un concurrent sérieux ouvre une plateforme similaire. Très déçu de ce qu'est devenu Vinted.

Awful place.

Please avoid. There no real person to talk to when things go wrong. Just online agents that are different every time.

Stay away!!! Go to ebay at least you can talk to a real person when sell. I'm never selling on vinted again.

Customer service =zero
Ireland is not linked with France anymore
I kept buying bumps and showcase but still no views and no selling
No wonder they are under investigation. They just want to get your money but give you nothing in return

Avoid this platform like the plague

Avoid this platform like the plague. Spent weeks setting up my account, all 2nd hand items and all photos taken by myself.

All going great first few weeks and was making money then Vinted start taking down my items citing photo issues. Bad lightning and then saying some photos were not mine.

Kept replacing and uploading different ones, again taken by me then BANG. Hit with a 7 day ban and was told if I didn't take down my bad photos within 24 hours id be permanently banned.

You cant edit while on 7 day ban so after ban I took down some photos that I thought that they thought might be bad lighting?? How ridiculous all this is.

Then BANG permanent ban.

Back and forth with multiple AI agents all telling me same stuff that they kept warning me. I just left it there.

Joke of customer service with scammer buyers

Sold an item on vinted.ie that had a very clear description of what it was and the contents. Buyer raise a "item damaged which it wasn't but I couldn't report it. So paid to have it resent back to me. The buyer had emptied the product and sent back the packaging so I am left with nothing. No product to resell or use myself and scammer buyer for a full refund and got to keep the contents of the product for nothing. There customer service is appalling and when they so call investigate something they really don't. A shame of customer support. Great if a sale go through with no problem, but if you do. They are they unfairest shower of people I have every come across.

Vinted favours buyers over sellers

Sellers have no rights or protection. I sold an item with the correct procedure. I then had a message a few days later saying the item was delivered but my funds are suspended. Turns out that it was sent to a different address. Even the buyer thought this was harsh and I was not at fault but Vinted are now investigating. Fine, investigate but don’t penalise me in the meantime for doing everything correct from my end. I have nothing to do with the parcel being delivered elsewhere. That is the fault of either the buyer giving the wrong address or Evri just being incompetent like they normally are. I feel I should still be paid immediately without having to wait to see what outcome Vinted come to. Never have this trouble with eBay. Poor company

Sizing is completely wrong ,Italian/Spanish and some of French clothing sizes are completely different (I bought a jacket labelled as XL but in fact it’s for UK size XS or maximum S,I’m size M and it didn’t fit at all)
Also I bought a couple of items and later,when I started to look up size charts, I realised that they would be small for me and I cancelled my orders,and as a result I got a couple of one star reviews (for cancellation),if there would be an option to put on hold (sometimes items what you like have been sold meanwhile you trying to find out will it fit on you or not )an item what you like and then chat with seller about measurements ,I would use it but there’s no such thing,also some sellers are quite rude when you asking for exact measurements…
I will finish with my pending orders and I’m done with it!
Just wanted to warn everyone to not make the same “mistake’s” 😂 what I did!
Also you should be very careful when you accept your order and pressing “everything is ok” (there won’t be any option yo get your money back,I bought a pair of skinny jeans and after receiving it, I confirmed that everything is ok ,because visually it was,but when I tried them on,I found out that they were altered (from women's skinny jeans into men’s jeans,pockets were altered like for men and they were nearly up to my knees 😂I contacted Vinted costumer service but they said that I should have been checked it before I’m pressed “everything is ok” and now it’s too late (it could not even come in my mind that I should check them from inside out…and that someone will alternate jeans like this way …
I wish, I would have that much mind to read reviews on Trustpilot ,before I even started to use it!!!

Blocco permanente ingiustificato profilo Vinted

Pessima esperienza,sono un utente da più di due anni vendo e compro . Improvvisamente la settimana scorsa dopo aver caricato un articolo di un marchio non Costoso con tanto di etichetta che approvava l’autenticità mi è stato bloccato il profilo perché inserivo merce contraffatta,da cinque giorni sto contattando Vinted ma nessuna risposta ad oggi .sono molto rammaricata e risentita vinted è pieno di articoli contraffatti e ci vannno di mezzo sempre le persone oneste

Voglio raccontare la mia esperienza perché vedo che non sono l’unico in questa situazione.

Vinted mi ha segnalato che stavo facendo “vendita commerciale” e mi ha chiesto di passare a Vinted Pro, quindi aprire la partita IVA. Dopo aver parlato con il commercialista ho aperto davvero la partita IVA per poter continuare a vendere.

Il problema è iniziato dopo.

Quando provo a registrare l’account Vinted Pro, la partita IVA non viene accettata dal sistema. Ho contattato l’assistenza e la risposta che ho ricevuto è stata che la partita IVA è “troppo nuova” e bisogna aspettare circa 3 mesi.

Il punto è:
questa regola non è scritta da nessuna parte prima di aprire la partita IVA.

Se lo avessi saputo prima, avrei aspettato. Invece ora mi ritrovo con:

partita IVA aperta

contributi INPS da pagare

impossibilità di vendere

Quando ho chiesto dove fosse scritta questa regola e perché non venga comunicata prima agli utenti, la chat è stata semplicemente chiusa senza una vera risposta.

La cosa più assurda è che su TikTok e Reddit ho trovato molti venditori italiani e spagnoli con lo stesso identico problema, alcuni da mesi, soprattutto da settembre.

Quindi non sembra un caso isolato.

There is no customer service

There is no customer service! There is no community without communication. Check Vinted on instagram, no mention of a problem with the Irish website. Can't see favourites one day, French listings gone the next and no communication whatsoever. Can't contact vinted either! Only found out that there is an issue on reddit! Trying to keep costs low and as a result provide a crap service! Fortunately for Vinted, depop's just as bad. The race to the bottom is complete. You can't have a "Community' without communication. Thoroughly disappointed in Vinted, not that they'll respond here. Would've bought some items this weekend but their service levels made that impossible. Going back to Vestiaire!

Consumer rights infringements. User manipulation

One of the most disgraceful displays of manipulative and deceitful conduct by an online platform that I’ve encountered. Obviously as anyone who uses or knows Vinted.ie the market is limited and poor without the addition of the French market, the main component of its added value. Advertised as a purchasing/selling platform with this market, in the context of Ireland as of 4 days ago, it is the only reason I joined vs depop etc. What I find really strange is that I the seller have pieces that have considerably more traction in the French market I gained access to using the site, only for it to be blocked restricted with no prior warning or information.

For the past 4 days I have been fed false information, manipulated with statements of technical issues and glitches as reason for the restriction. I had directly posed the question whether or not my account was being targeted and if the market was being restricted and I was told “no” it’s a “technical issue”, refresh the app etc. Finally, I’ve been told it’s a trial, no length of time given, and that my account was targeted. There has been no apology for the misinformation prior or the fact that it was deliberately hidden from me.

This withholding of information has stripped me of my rights as a consumer to question and reflect on its value post restriction. Is it now as sold to me originally? Does the platform still provide the same service I signed up for, is the market of similar value? No to all. Would I want to continue using it if I found these requirements were no longer being met? Again, no!

Ultimately, I did not get this choice, instead I had to put a considerable amount of effort into retrieving some truth, the degree of which I cannot verify as I’ve been lied to for 4 days prior. They are operating behind opaque windows, their customer service is atrocious and they seem unconcerned by gaining market share by misleading consumers/users.

They have already been addressed for a lack of transparency by the CPC EC and I have logged further complaints. Stay clear!

How do companies like this stay in business?

I sold a fragile item using Vinted’s integrated shipping label. Despite careful packaging, it arrived damaged in transit. The buyer was refunded, but Vinted refused seller compensation and did not provide clear evidence of inadequate packaging.
Sellers should be aware that when using integrated shipping which you are stuck with as have no other option, you may bear the loss even when damage occurs during courier handling.

Wild west platform

Take no pleasure in posting poor reviews but can't but agree with the consensus here that buying off Vinted is a total gamble with no protection from the site itself against unscrupulous sellers. I sold a few item ok but my first purchase was totally mis-sold but the site didn't care. Proceed with extreme caution

Dreadful customer service

Dreadful customer service. A few weeks ago I had FOUR separate parcels returned from my collection shop because Vinted had not sent me any code to pick them up. I engaged inlengthy to and fro text conversations, but I lost my items and Vinted didn’t seem in at least bit bothered. I have just been back to the same shop to collect two different items. The code number that Vinted texted to me did not match with the shopkeeper barcode and so he would not let me have my items. I cannot find a way to speak to anyone at either Vinted or Evri. I am at a complete loss about what to do. They don’t seem to care.
