Awful company they don’t do anything…

Awful company they don’t do anything they literally have blocked my calls but they keep charging m. Please don’t trust this company they will not help you our credit score was in the 600 it went down to the 500 if not less then that. We cancelled them and they literally have not and they try to take money in random days. Everyday till they get their money and then block your calls to them..

Taby, we are sorry to hear you did not like your experience at Uqual. We can assure you we do not have the ability, nor would we ever block anyone from calling us. When it comes to your credit we did see you have amazing success with your credit disputes when your account was current and there were no interuptions to your disputes. However, when it comes to people's credit scores there are certain things that are beyond our control that can impact a consumers credit scores, like new late payments and new collections. Rest assured your accounts were shut down the same day you spoke with us on 11/17. You were also sent an email the same day stating your accounts are closed with no further billing. We do hope the very best for you and you are always welcome to reach out to us if you have any questions about your accounts.

Cancellation Issues

The service offers clear benefits and has been quite helpful in addressing credit-related concerns. However, the customer service experience was disappointing. Despite repeated efforts to cancel my account over three weeks, I was repeatedly placed on long hold and pressured to continue the service. I was told that legal requirements mandated a review of all progress made prior to cancellation—when I declined further time on the call and indicated I would contact my bank and explore my legal benefits through my employer, the advisor became unprofessional. I ended the call, and shortly thereafter received an email confirming that the account had been closed. This raises serious concerns: either relevant laws were violated or the information provided to me was misleading.

I sent emails and called several times and my request was not honored immediately or the multiple return calls and finally the cancellation email would be closer in date. Also you failed to address how your agent misrepresented and conflated your process w/ legal requirements. With that said I’ve sent 2 emails requesting your mailing address and if your calls are recorded and you’ve yet to respond on your website. I gladly receive that info here if it is more convenient

Kelli, we loved to see you have really great results in our program but sad to hear you did not have the time to review them in detail. There is also some very important information that we feel should be covered with each client as they shut down their accounts. Active credit disputes being initiated and when they complete can cause changes in a credit score that our clients may not expect. We made many attempts to reach out to you when you had requested to cancel so we could review all of this information. We apologize if we were calling at the wrong time and/or did not have enough time when we did connect with you. Your request to shut down your account was honored the moment you submitted it, the rest that followed was our attempts at making sure your weren't left in the dark about your investment. Even though your account is shut down you will always be our client and we will he here waiting if you ever need any information about your account.

I don’t recommend this

I don’t recommend this. I never get any updates. Costumer service sucks. I called them amount before my payment to cancelled and them refused to cancel because I have to make another payment. Them just care about your money not to fix your credit. I called to my bank to kot to let them take my money anymore.

We honored Martin's request to shut down his account on 9/23. He was advised of our arrears billing policy and was already into his next billing cycle when he requested to cancel which means he has a final payment to close his account in good standing. He was also sent an email on 9/23 stating his account is in the process of being shut down when his final payment processes. We have attempted to reach him after this review, but have not heard back. We will be here waiting for him if he needs further clarification of his final payment or would like to find some other arrangment.

No commucication from Uqual

I have been calling and leaving messages for days without receiving any response. It's impossible to talk to anyone, no matter what time I call. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Once they have your money, there is no further communication. I will be canceling my service.

Great Coaching and Tools

UQUAL gave me the guidance I needed to feel confident about applying for financing.
