Przykro nam, że nasza usługa nie spełniła oczekiwań Państwa.

Chcemy poinformować Państwo, że odczuwamy wzrost liczby raportów Zgodności, więc traktowanie raportów może potrwać dłużej.

Jednak po otrzymaniu raportów dokładnie sprawdzamy recenzje. Ponownie sprawdzamy recenzję za każdym razem, gdy jest aktualizowana, dlatego też prosimy recenzenta o aktualizację recenzji raz lub kilka razy, dopóki nie będzie ona zgodna z naszymi Wytycznymi. Należy również pamiętać, że odmiany lub synonimy słów oskarżycielskich lub zniesławiających nie będą akceptowane, np. zamieniając „oszustwo” na „kłamstwo”.

Prosimy więc po prostu wyjaśnić, co się stało i pozostawić czytelnikom wyciągnięcie własnych wniosków.

Chcemy poinformować, że widzimy wzrost liczby raportów Zgodności, więc traktowanie raportów może potrwać dłużej. Pracujemy nad rozwiązaniem tego problemu - inwestujemy znaczne środki w szkolenie naszych członków ekipy i ciężko pracujemy, aby upewnić się, że wszyscy globalnie postępujemy zgodnie z naszymi Wytycznymi i procesami.

Chcielibyśmy zwrócić Waszą uwagę na to, że raporty recenzji traktujemy wyłącznie na podstawie podanych powodów zgłoszenia. Z przyjemnością powrócimy do naszych wcześniejszych decyzji, jeśli popełniliśmy błąd lub wyjaśnimy racjonalność ponownej aktywacji recenzji, więc prosimy napisać do nas na adres compliance@trustpilot.com.
