Easy to buy, everything came on time etc. But the desk itself was a bit light and flimsy. Might not have bought it if I had seen it in person.

We ordered a table, table top arrived no legs, legs arrived after complaint they finally arrived NO BOLTS! someone is not double checking the packages before sending, now nearly 3 weeks later an still waiting for bolts to arrive to assemble table.

The products are good - No customer service
The products are good, but your customer service is none existence. It took me 4 days to get a response. I tried phoning, emailing and chat box. why 4 days??
I finally got my order delivered. You have a big range of products to buy but please, please,please have someone pickup the phone or return an email or answer on chat box.
