This been more than 14 days, since I made my order, and have called multiple times. My order still hasn't been dispatched as yet.

Ordered online 2 single beds click and collect. Done with ease and the receptionist is polite. Both beds were simple to put up and satisfied with the product.

Highly recommend click and collect over delivery simply because of the fee and patience.

I am very happy with the sofa I bought, very comfy. However very disappointed with the delivery company they used. There was no 30 minute heads up message sent saying it’s nearly arrived as promised then it was actually delivered to the wrong address. Luckily a friendly neighbour helped me man handle the large carton to my address, a few houses away. then there was the extra charge of hiring a moving company to carry it up the stairs . It’s a shame there aren’t improved delivery services, eg paying extra to have it placed in the lounge.

Great service. Arrived in only 3 days. The dining chairs are lovely. The colour matched the pictures perfectly. They were easy to assemble and feel very sturdy. A great price and they look great in my room. Thanks Treasure Box.

Great worth for your money

Bought a table and chairs. Was told it’d be delayed. Decided to cancel order after a week or more, then they sent it out that day. A table leg and chair leg were both damaged. They sent out two replacement chair legs, even though I told them a table leg too. Customer service fairly poor too

Order sent to a depot as was advised after purchase that it was oversized. I was sent a list of depots to pick closet to me. I went to the depot- that didn’t exist and was given another address. I am (2-4. Days later) still waiting to receive the “ number” I need for the “ depot” to find my purchase. All emails requesting assistance and phone calls, and the chat have all been unanswered

It was my first experience with Treasurebox and it was a good one. The product arrived alot sooner than expected and it's great AAA experience, thank you 😊
