Pick up at airport, guide gave excellent advise and details of trips and optional tours

Very good destination and hotel. Good mix of excursions and free time. Would suggest including Urbino as an optional half day trip. Pesaro is easily reached by local bus or train

Destination awesome , transfers seamless, guide was like someone you knew all your life .Very enjoyable experience.

We had comfortable, well run and well appointed hotels with pleasant helpful staff . The location of Hotel King Minos was great with seaside view and easy access to beach and the small town of Tolo.
Our guide Lila was most helpful and knowledgeable. Our driver George was a very careful driver and prompt in picming us up and leaving us back to Athens airport.
The weather was just right, not too hot.

The hotel and its food was excellent as were the range and excursion venues and the guide, however, the townland where the hotel was almost deserted due to the time of year.

Words cannot fully describe how wonderful our trip was ' Splendours of India'. We were a group of solo travellers, all women! Our guide Anurag really was the highlight. He was kind, patient and so professional throughout our trip. He ensured that we got to see all the significant sites and more. The coach driver was excellent and skilled, driving through treacherous roads. Our bus boy supplied us with water throughout. The hotels were luxurious in all the various destinations.

The itinerary was accurate, our guide made adjustments to the schedule where it provided a more comfortable visitor experience, a knowledgeable guide made it a great time.

My only criticism is that the pre travel information could have been made available earlier, especially regarding money and recommended payment methods.

We had a fantastic time in Malta last week. We booked with Travel Department. Hotel was great with an absolutely great bar, pool and Asian Fusion restaurant on 9th floor. View was spectacular. Our guide, Josette, was so knowledgeable and looked after the group really well. Malta is a beautiful country with so much interesting history. Will definitely return to Malta

This was my first Travel Department tour & I was very impressed.
Everything was so well organised & conducted. I liked the Hotel Iccarino- it was very quiet & relaxing at the end of the busy days touring. The food was good- a great variety of dishes for dinner. (A little old fashioned but I found it very comfortable ). The staff were friendly & helpful.
Our tour guide, Vincenzo, was terrific.
He was knowledgeable & helpful & kept our lovely group punctual & together. Vincenzo also made some really good restaurant recommendations .
All round I had a great experience.

An exceptionally well organised tour, consisting of boat, train and bus journeys along with walking tours. At no stage did we feel rushed or hurried. Plenty of free time to explore, or rest, at our leisure. Having everything organised was such a joy. Our guide Veter was amazing and Anita a fantastic bus driver. This was the first Travel Department trip my husband and I have been on and we hope to partake in more in the future.

First time ever to travel Solo and found the experience fantastic. Travel Department obviously meticulous in their research so as to achieve the optimum positive experience for the traveller. From the 1st point of contact with the Guide, the transport, hotels, tours to the departure desk of airport home was seamless and such an enjoyable experience. Well done and will definitely be spreading the word in positive terms for travelling with the Travel Department.

From our arrival in Bergen to our departure in Oslo I was so well looked after between tour guide, hotels excursion,and the Norwegian people it was a brilliant time.

Our guide Alessandra was fantastic! The hotel was perfectly situated and food was great.

Beautiful location. Excellent tour guide. Lovely hotel fabulous views overlooking Lake Como. Amazing experience on the train journey up the Alps.
