Tokkipop is an incredibly kind and respectful shop that truly puts customers first. Ordering is always quick and easy, and they are more than willing to help with advance orders while making sure everything goes smoothly. Communication is thoughtful and caring, and you can genuinely feel how much they value their customers. From Xlov to NCT Dreamiez and Aniteez, every purchase has been a great experience. I always feel looked out for and highly recommend Tokkipop.

My go to Kpop shop !! The prices are so reasonable, shipping is so quick and I’ve never had a problem with how my items arrive as they are always packed with so much care!

The two owners Andreea and Hassan are so lovely and try their best to remember their customers and their biases. I did album pre-order and expected it to arrive in January but I got it a day before xmas. I received an email notification that it was dispatched and it was very helpful, cause I knew when to expect my package. I ordered from a different shop previously and it was a guessing game. I was able to track my order easily, and it arrived safely. It was very well packaged, so everything arrived intact and complete. Along with my order, I also received a postcard, a mini badge, and stickers, all very beautiful and adorable. I’m from Romania, and my order arrived faster than expected. The owners (Hassan and Andreea) are the kindest and funniest store owners ever. They go live on TikTok every night. Products are always securely packed and shipped within a few days of ordering (unless its a pre-order) I 100000% recommend this shop to anyone wanting to buy any kpop goods (they also have a lot of boypaper for sale haha)
